“The first time I visited The Woke Brand, I had such an amazing experience! Keisha helped me, and she was absolutely wonderful, super friendly, full of personality, and really made me feel welcome. I love the whole concept of the store, it’s creative, vibrant, and has such great energy. The colors, the layout, and the overall vibe are just so positive and uplifting.
The second time I stopped by, I was looking for a particular dress I’d seen posted online, and Tez assisted me. He was awesome, very professional, easygoing, and genuinely helpful. Even though the dress wasn’t available yet, I came back a third time and had another great experience.
Each visit has been nothing short of excellent. The staff is consistent with their customer service, and the store atmosphere always leaves me in a good mood. I highly recommend The Woke Brand to anyone looking for unique styles, great service, and positive energy. I absolutely love this store!”

“I absolutely love shopping at Fashion Attic! The store is always clean, organized, and full of amazing finds. You can tell they are very selective about the items they take in—everything is stylish, high quality, and in great condition.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are fantastic for the brands you can find there. I’ve scored some beautiful pieces for a fraction of retail. It’s one of those places where you never know what treasure you’ll discover!

“Went to Lululemon for Black Friday and I will say the quality is probably the best I have ever seen and felt from a clothing brand. The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. The price is the only downside but the Black Friday sales were incredible, $128 pants for $59 and so many more deals. Will be shopping here again.”

She was very patient and extremely helpful. She did a return for me and re opened the bras for me. “They were absolutely amazing. They were willing to look up to see if an item i was looking for was at other locations or orderable online. There was a greeting as soon as I walked in the shop and I was smiling as I left. No complaints at all. I wish all shops had this positive of an experience. Will continue to shop there, and I tell people this location is better than some others I've been to in the area. They are super personable and really try to connect with the clients. Love this location the most. It's always clean, and they are super diligent about making sure sales items are marked correctly. If a mistake is made, they own it, and then they fix it, and that is what I love to see. I wish they would come work for the company I work for.”

She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience.
