LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!Suggestions? The stairs may not be easy for people with mobility issues, but there may be elevator, I didn’t get a change to look closely.- Service: well staffed and they were friendly.- Price: reasonable and had good sales going the day of visit.-Parking: plenty and free, it’s a second floor garage that you turn into.-Near other stores: across the street from REI, Whole Foods, Nordstrom rack, Michael’s. Near The Promenade at Brentwood, which is a nightmare in terms of parking but has stores such as Trader Joe’s and Target.”

“Good group of ladies working here! This is the biggest location I think and I almost always find what I need! If they don't have something in my size, oftentimes times they can order it, or they call a nearby store and ask them to hold my size for me. They're also extremely helpful when you need help in the fitting rooms. They always have clearance sections in the back, oh and they offer layaway for regular priced items, yay!”

Maddie was SO HELPFUL and friendly & helped me by finding me tons of jeans in styles i was looking for and helped me to find my size and length of jean i liked=) she made the whole experience so easy. i didn’t find EXACTLY what i was looking for today, but maybe i will next time or at least i know my sizes now so i can always order online. “My pickup order wasn't ready when I arrived but it was my fault because I didn't pay attention to email saying wait until they confirm. But the young lady that worked there helped me find everything I ordered and took her time to make sure all sizes and colors were right. She helped me save an extra 20 percent as well. “After trying a pair of Hokas that I didn't like for a couple months, I had to go back to old reliable New Balance and this store is the right place to go. I've been to many different stores over the years and my conclusion is you need to go to a dedicated NB store for your purchase. I've been to this store 3 times and one thing you can count on when going to a NB store is the knowledge of their staff. My salesperson got me the right size shoe of the model I wanted and the correct insole for my high instep. I left their a happy camper and will go back for my next pair.”
