She consistently helps me with my posture and will help me fix things I had no idea I was doing wrong! I feel like I get the best out of my workout when with her. (I’ve only tried 3 instructors, all wonderful, just really enjoy how holly runs her classes)! Even early in the morning, she is ready to go and motivating. I started Pure Barre with the intentions of learning more about my body, improving my posture, and finding an exercise that fits for me and I finally found something! It’s challenging but rewarding. It’s also helping me increase my social circle as I recently moved to the city! Thank you pure barre!”

“UPDATE- REI Did resolve the issue below and exceeded my expectations so I do sincerely appreciate it. I am still going to leave this information public because people need to know the fine print before making a purchase. —- I was told the bike was eligible to trade in. Went to trade it in today and was told they will not take it without training wheels. It was a used bike so didn’t come with training wheels they finally admitted, then told me that it’s not eligible for trade in because it was used. I had no idea it was used it looked brand new. It was discounted, and the salesmen told me it might be a return. They also told me the bike was definitely eligible for the trade in policy at REI. I believed him and didn’t question it because even with discount the bike cost over $200. $200 and this was the second bike we bought so of course I thought everything would go smoothly again. Over $300 I spent on bikes there and they won’t honor the trade in. Even if it had been new, they wont take it without the training wheels. Who keeps training wheels for a year? Of course thats in the fine print. That is how they get you.”

She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”

I was ordering my niece's first birthday gift while also studying for exams, and I actually received a call from them while I was taking an exam. They asked if I could call them back as soon as I was able regarding my order. When I called back, they let me know that I had accidentally selected white thread, which wouldn't have shown up well on the item I ordered. They also noticed that the personalization I requested would have been too long and would have appeared very small. I honestly hadn't paid close attention to the thread option while placing the order because I was multitasking (completely my fault!). Instead of just making it as ordered, they took the time to help me choose a better thread color and even worked with me to shorten the wording so it would look perfect. That level of care and attention to detail is so rare these days. I'm incredibly grateful they reached out instead of letting the order go through as-is. I'm so excited to see the final product and can't wait to give it to my niece for her first birthday. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure it turns out beautifully!”
