The second time I stopped by, I was looking for a particular dress I’d seen posted online, and Tez assisted me. He was awesome, very professional, easygoing, and genuinely helpful. Even though the dress wasn’t available yet, I came back a third time and had another great experience.

“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. From the moment I walked in, Ben carried himself with the professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail you would expect from a truly high-end tailor. Since this was my first suit, I was not completely sure what to expect, but he made the entire process feel comfortable, refined, and personal.
Ben took the time to walk me through the fit, the details, and the overall look, making sure everything came together the right way. His eye for detail was immediately clear. I was told the bike was eligible to trade in. Went to trade it in today and was told they will not take it without training wheels. It was a used bike so didn’t come with training wheels they finally admitted, then told me that it’s not eligible for trade in because it was used. I had no idea it was used it looked brand new. It was discounted, and the salesmen told me it might be a return. They also told me the bike was definitely eligible for the trade in policy at REI. I believed him and didn’t question it because even with discount the bike cost over $200. $200 and this was the second bike we bought so of course I thought everything would go smoothly again. Over $300 I spent on bikes there and they won’t honor the trade in. Even if it had been new, they wont take it without the training wheels. Who keeps training wheels for a year? Of course thats in the fine print. That is how they get you.”

“Went to Lululemon for Black Friday and I will say the quality is probably the best I have ever seen and felt from a clothing brand. The customer service was also very fast even though the place was PACKED with almost no room to move. The price is the only downside but the Black Friday sales were incredible, $128 pants for $59 and so many more deals. Will be shopping here again.”
