“I’ve never had a bad experience at a Ace Hardware in any state. Normally go to the one in Ozark, but since moving to Springfield and needed somethings, I went to this location. The couple people that were helping me were absolutely amazing. If one wasn’t sure the other one was able to assist. Easy to get around and appeared very clean.

“The layout of the store is okay. They did not have what I wanted. You would think that they would have a standard toilet but they do not. Had to go to one of their competitors to get a toilet. And their competitor barely had one. Everybody's going to these fancy ones that cost more money to buy more money to make. Don't need a fancy toilet just need a toilet.”
