“well we went in there with the problem that we couldn't solve, and we tried the other cricket store on Wilson and they did not do anything helpful for us. however from the moment I walked in with the phone the girls there were extremely helpful knew exactly what they were doing not only that, but they didn't bother to charge us. “I went to this location to switch from metro pcs after being with them for 10 years and I was having a bad experience with Metro trying to turn on my new phone because my old one was broke. I walked in not in the greatest of moods (menopausal mood)There was a young lady named Daiva that assisted me and my daughter change everything over for me and my husband. Let me just say that with my slight temperament at this moment from leaving Metro PCs (2 doors down from Cricket )poor Daiva kind of received some frustration from me and she was handling everything amazingly. She made sure I got the best plans for me and my husband and she helped us with a discount program that saved us $30 a month. This girl works great under pressure and deserves a raise. Thank you again Daiva your customer service skills were outstanding.I recommend switching to Cricket if you are with Metro PCs I haven’t dropped a call since and it runs a lot faster”
“I cannot praise Litsy enough for her care and amazing customer service, not only to me but to the 6 other customers that walked in while I was there this evening. She was the only one working and handled everyone with a smile and positive attitude. Some people were kind to her and others not so much, but regardless, she treated them with respect and made them feel like a priority. After being there for a bit due to a technical issue with my previous provider, I watched as Litsy communicated in 4 different languages to meet her customers needs, from paying a phone bill to purchasing a phone as a gift for a family member in another country. Not only was I impressed, but despite some very difficult situations she was dealing with, she kept a positive and professional attitude with EVERYONE, Even the not so nice customers! Her ability to multitask, speak different languages and use translators, sell products, problem solve, and just be a genuinely nice person will make me return to this store and recommend others, without a doubt! She didn't even complain when the store was nearing closing time and a customer walked in to buy some phones. Thank you Litsy for your amazing customer service! Cricket is lucky to have you!”

“While I usually don’t write reviews, I’ll gladly give them one. The people there are always friendly. I’ve had my husband’s phones fixed there multiple times. My husband is very rough with phones because of where he works. They get it fixed in minutes every time. They do it for a reasonable price. I would give 5 stars, but however, their screen replacements are not always the same. I don’t know if it’s a vendor issue, but the consistency is sometimes off. But over all would recommend. “I have a cricket store by my house and i had to drive to this one for help looking for a new cellphone. Cricket worker near 78th & state was very lazy did not call other stores to check stock of the cell i wanted she just told me to order online by myself!!. As soon as i got out of store i called this Cricket store myself. They had the cell i wanted. The service at this location is extremely good. The worker who helped me was named Lovely. She was very helpful. I was very satisfied with the service. When we walked out the store even my daughter said "Now that is good service"☺Highly recommend this location.”
