“I recently switched from a different carrier after 8 years and have been having issues with my service. I came to this location after purchasing my phone elsewhere. Sabrina was so unbelievably helpful and treated me as if I was a customer buying 5 phones from the store. She spent time with me, fully explained everything and how to possibly avoid the same issue in the future. She went out of her way to search for more answers and is following up! I've never experienced top rate service at any cellphone carrier location when the employee knew from the start there was technically nothing in it for them. I was so pleased I was looking for something small to buy just to thank her and she explained that wasn't necessary and I am 100% certain I will get the same treatment at this location in the future whether I am adding 10 lines, just paying my bill or having technical difficulties again!! We will be coming to this location only for all upgrades and anything else in the future!! Thank you Sabrina for being you and taking such good care of me!”

He was great, no surprise fees as he was transparent about everything. Didn't give any qualms when we asked him to reapply the screen protector (first time had a small bubble leftover). “I am a new customer previously switched from metro pcs and I have had some pretty frustrating inconveniences from customer service phone support errors made but I want to shout out specifically to Asya at this location who kindly provided customer support to correct the errors. Her helpful patient and understanding demeanor helped when I was ready to want to jump ship. She took the time to solve the issue and was polite to what became a large line of customers waiting behind letting each of them know the wait time they were looking at. I noticed she hadn’t gotten an opportunity to eat a bite of the lunch she brought in over an hour prior and never mentioned her own sacrifice or being hungry. Her manager was nice too. If upper mgmt is smart they will treat their excellent employees well to keep them on staff especially while they’ve got the errors they do online and via phone support.”
