“Jason Foster is a true paragon of customer service. I have not had this much respect given and received from a sales associate since I lived in Texas. He goes out of his way with every customer he gets in his store to ensure they are absolutely satisfied and happy with what their issue or purchase was. 10/10 would come to this particular store or any store he's at to get service even if I'm another city or state away.”

“I took my daughters iPad in for a screen replacement and the guy accidently chipped the home button, but he immediately sent it off to the Olathe store where they were able to get that fixed and we got it back good as new! They may have made a mistake, but they fixed it and did not charge me extra. I will definitely be using them again.”

“Valor at the AT&T store was so kind and helpful and got me good deal with a phone that I never thought I could afford. My grandson is very jealous lol Valor was such a kind and informative gentleman. He made me feel like I was special and not just a number but a valued customer. My experience was quick and not like the horrible experience I had 3 years ago where there was fraud within your company from ordering online. I will just go to your store and leave happy not upset about 11 hours in 2 days and your fraud department. If it wasn’t for the help of Kevin the best manager ever Katherine and Lyric ,I would have not stayed with the company !!! I highly recommend this store to everyone !!! “This is my go to Sam's club. Love the selection and using the scan and go app makes it super convenient to get in and get what I need and skip the lines. Insider tip - buy the rotisserie chicken for $5 and it can last you a week. They also have a great tire department”

Figuring it was only gonna get worse dealing with a phone store but the two girls at the counter, Arianna and Connie, were got everything taken care of super quick and easy...also broke into song singing hakuna matata from lion king which was good for a much needed laugh. Although I do not agree with some of Spectrums policies, the customer service rep was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable about the policies. It was great to have such a good, in-person experience!
