“I left a review about 7 months ago as I was pleased with my service at T-Mobile and this Zona Rosa location. Today, my elderly mother was taken to this same store with a friend, as I am BUSY at work. Steve, with T-Mobile was VERY patient and worked with me over the phone and my mother and our friend in setting her up with a new phone and getting it all set up again. I just cannot say enough good things about T-Mobile and this store. I was a former Sprint customer and had no issues with them, but now that I have T-Mobile.....I am perhaps MORE satisfied than ever. Thanks Steve and T-Mobile in Zona Rosa! Much appreciated.”
“We had an issue with our bill because of a trade in that didn’t get applied. We ran up here about an hour before closing and explained our issue. We had all the necessary paperwork with all the documentation of what was done. Alexis and Heather were amazing and called up Verizon and got it all cleared up. Fantastic customer service, friendly and personable. I will be sure to recommend this store to anyone that has or wants to switch to Verizon”
