“I'm definitely giving them 5 stars they were very nice and knew exactly what the issue was with my hubby's trust the old alternator killed the new battery and we got a new alternator but the damage was done I never thought a bad alternator could kill a new battery anyway they were so nice to help him and give him a replacement battery and the guy George was really nice so was the other employees I told my hubby from now on we will come to this store from now on they are smart and they don't give you the run around saying I don't know or saying things that's not helpful I recommend anyone coming here they rock ????????”
“Great service even in the hot heat and the only one there. The Guy was very kind and patient. He put my battery in and recommended a cleaning kit that I needed and cleaned it for me. He asked if there was anything else that I needed.”

“Needing a set of O'Malley brake pads I made a stop at my neighborhood O'Reilly's. Turning into the lot I see multiple cars in various states of disassembly with their fearless YouTube mechanics working diligently until the dreaded ad would cause a momentary bout of stillness. All in all Great service from the staff and in true independence style there was a hobo on the side of the building hitting everyone up for change. Would definitely recommend!”

“Wow is all I can say! Brayden literally helped me and my kids by getting under my car and helping me get a plastic piece put back on with some plastic screws. We were driving on highway and heard a loud sound and pulled over and noticed a plastic covering came undone from body and was scraping on highway by catching the wind. He went out of his way and we are beyond thankful, the dealership isn’t open today and he saved this mom from a whole panic attack.

“I had taken my daughter to Kansas University for an appt and my Tahoe overheated I called O'Reilly Auto Parts on Wordall Rd in KC I explained to a young man named Courtney that I am a very short woman and I didn't think I would be tall enough to put antifreeze in by myself and he told me to cone on in and he would do it for me ... he knew who I was the minute I got there (probably cuz I am short ha ha) he was super nice, friendly and helpful. We had to wait a bit for it to cool down but he came back out and put it in. He had the greatest personality, and I appreciate that from a customer service standpoint... “Tuesday April 9th my cousin and I stopped here as we realized we had a flat.
The youngman and woman working inside came out to see what we where doing.
Before we could even get anything out, they had sprung into action ? and Erick Hernandez who was working that evening wasted no time!
Cordless sockets!! Jack in had and just a blessing ? ? ✨️ .
