“I had taken my daughter to Kansas University for an appt and my Tahoe overheated I called O'Reilly Auto Parts on Wordall Rd in KC I explained to a young man named Courtney that I am a very short woman and I didn't think I would be tall enough to put antifreeze in by myself and he told me to cone on in and he would do it for me ... he knew who I was the minute I got there (probably cuz I am short ha ha) he was super nice, friendly and helpful. We had to wait a bit for it to cool down but he came back out and put it in. He had the greatest personality, and I appreciate that from a customer service standpoint... “This place, on countless occasions, has saved me from having to go get gouged by a dealership or body shop. Kevin knows his stuff and always points me in the right direction every time I stop in with car troubles. My most recent issue was quoted at a body shop for close to $2,000 but I went to see Kevin at O'Reilly and he was able to hook my car up and diagnose the exact problem and I was able to fix my car on my own saving me tons of money and time. I cannot thank these guys enough here. Even when Kevin is out, he employs great staff that get my wife and I taken care of as well. Thank you guys for being so great to my family!
