“I was in a pickle, car kept needing to be jumped. I took my old battery to O'Reilly's, they confirmed a dead battery, check prices online for a new battery. This place even has Walmart beat on new battery prices! Also comes with a 1 year warranty as long you keep your receipt! Service was friendly, quick, and easy. Got me a new battery same day! If you need a referbished battery, they have them too.”

“I'm definitely giving them 5 stars they were very nice and knew exactly what the issue was with my hubby's trust the old alternator killed the new battery and we got a new alternator but the damage was done I never thought a bad alternator could kill a new battery anyway they were so nice to help him and give him a replacement battery and the guy George was really nice so was the other employees I told my hubby from now on we will come to this store from now on they are smart and they don't give you the run around saying I don't know or saying things that's not helpful I recommend anyone coming here they rock ????????”
“Great service even in the hot heat and the only one there. The Guy was very kind and patient. He put my battery in and recommended a cleaning kit that I needed and cleaned it for me. He asked if there was anything else that I needed.”

“I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this O’Reilly Auto Parts location. Jason, the manager, and his team are outstanding. They’ve helped me and my family multiple times with different car issues, and every time the service has been reliable and professional.
Even during busy hours, they stay patient and make sure every customer is taken care of. I’ve seen them go out of their way to help people troubleshoot problems and find the right solutions, no matter how big or small. It’s clear they actually care about what they’re doing and aren’t afraid to step in and help however they can.
Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I personally highly recommend this location.

“I just drove up to KC from Dallas during this crazy winter blast. My wiper fluid quit working. I stopped by the closest O’Reilly’s (Linwood) to the hotel I’m staying at. I’m forever thankful that I did. Woody is not your average guy. Not only did he try to assist me in repairing the line…he also directed me to a trusted repair shop when it became clear this was not something I could fix (or he could help me fix). In a world full of “it’s not my job” people, Woody is a breath of fresh air. I will forever go to O’Reilly’s and recommend them to anyone that needs a little auto repair/part help.
