“Such a great place! I feel like it's a hidden gem! It's like hobby lobby on steroids! But with out the crafts and MUCH easier to find things. All the tables are in one huge area ( great selection) end tables side tables bedside tables.. desks.. behind the couch you name it they have it..Rugs runners mats.. towels lamps bed spreads comforter sets and sets sheets. Throw Pillows and much more in the house Houseware stuff.. kitchen gadgets pots pans cleaning supplies etc...Then all the decor!!!!! Floral stems flowers such a great selectionAnd so much more!!! Clothes socks shoes purses..Decor for outside inside garden stuff... It's just crazy all the wide range of inventory they haveIt's worth the stop for sure!”
“As a follow up to my earlier review describing a concern about my debit card charges...Mr. Morefield went to the trouble to seek out my number and called me to let me know they had found their error and had corrected the charges to the bank. It was a series of unusual circumstances that prevented me from reaching them by phone. Mr. Morehead was so kind and apologetic about the mixup. I appreciate his efforts in reaching out to me.My previous post:I"ve loved shopping at Morefields a handful of times and have always found great deals. I shopped yesterday and spent $48. Today, I see that my debit card transaction was for $480. I've tried reaching them by phone all morning...no answer at either the Independence or Leavenworth location. The webiste link leads to nothing. I'm not on facebook so can't try to reach them that way. I live quite a way from the location. I want to believe that it was a accident on their part. But I'm concerned that I can't reach the business. Seems like it should be easier to reach them to recitify the issue by phone.”

“Don't waste your time reading old reviews. That sure isn't how the store is now. Someone complained about the owner going next door. Khan works long hours and picks up his lunch at Max's. Couple minutes for him to hop next door to pick up pre-ordered lunch. Cut him a little slack. You could pay more for cigs if they had 5 people working there like a gas station up the street where cigs are $2 per pack more.Blue X is trying to hold down prices.Great prices, friendly service, and nice selection. “I love to shop at Dollar General. The store is very organized and clean which is very important to me. When I cannot locate an item the staff always stop their work and show me where the item is located. Today I could not find epsom salt and the lady showed me where it was ...on a bottom shelf..then she asked me how many bags I wanted...they were heavy..and she put them in my basket...this is not unusual they are always helpful. I also like the variety of items . I enjoy shopping there.”

“Visited here recently and I don't think we had any complaints. The store was pretty well stocked and had quite a bit of Halloween/Fall decorations for sale. We ended up getting a few things that we didn't plan on which is always a good thing. Overall, the store seems pretty spacious inside as well. There was only one cashier working at the time we checked out so a line was starting to form but the cashier was very quick and friendly. Overall, not a bad Dollar Tree!”

“This is my go-to Dollar General because it's super close to my house. They have what I need 99% of the time; if they don't I usually knew it was a long shot going in.They always have something on sale that I decide I need for some reason or other.Example: It's a great place to get planters. Which isn't to say they carry a lot of planters. They do not. 50% off mug? Drill a hole in it: now it's a planter. Plastic basket? Add some holes: now it's a planter! Serving tray? Now it's a repotting tray. You get the point. Their lack of planters doesn't mean it's not a great place to get planters.Also, cheap Gatorade. Summer is coming. Stay hydrated.”
