We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and they were able to get my account unlocked after customer service had accidentally locked it and we had already spent over 12 hours on the phone trying to get it figured out. We were out of there in less than an hour. Seth definitely knows what he is doing. Couldn’t recommend more.”

That being said, I thrive on premier customer service and that is exactly what I received at T-Mobile S Kingshighway. My Sales Clerk, Antonio, presented himself as professional, knowledgeable, and expeditious. Antonio quickly assessed the issues with my phone and rectified the matter. Five stars is not enough to rate a clerk and a store that treated me so well. The assistant manager even asked me to let her and the staff know if I needed anything further. This level of customer service definitely makes me glad I switched from Metro because I am assured that the staff at T-Mobile are dependable and supportive. Thank you all for your time.”

“Shout out to Alex Walker, Sr. Manager at the Verizon store at 1050 S. Kirkwood! Our 90-year-old aunt lost her phone and received a new one, but we had no idea how to set it up. Alex was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to get her phone working and even coordinated it with her tablet. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. We highly recommend Alex and this store!”

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by everyone, the store was clean and well organized. I was able to work with Isaac who was very kind & professional. He gave me options & told me about the offers that best fit my needs. I didn’t feel like “just a sale” in this interaction; I genuinely got help and it worked out for me & (I hope) for him, too. “Greg is the one and only reason for giving 4 star. He was so humble and knows exactly how to treat a customer. He is calm and a real problem solver. He should be at higher positions definetly.

We took 4 lines together, in this case it should be 25$ per line and taxes somewhere 5$ each. But the bill came out was 348$ only for 3 lines. Greg helped us fully and made it right and also other guy helped us but he was a bit rude. Greg stepped in and he completly sorted our issue. Thanks to Greg.

We got same kind of estimate for nxt month too. We have to visit again and I'm not comfortable if there was no greg next month. Hope he'll be there.”

“Today I came into T-Mobile store with a huge issue after your many upgrades my talk-to-text would not appear on my phone I came in the store 1980 the expert name is Antell. No other store experts could fix. Antell came and worked with my phone 20 min. She fixed it I can drive handfree again. Intelligent is a true expert. A big thank you.”

“I love my spectrum mobile at $29 plus insurance. It’s nice to have the iPhone 12 Max Pro. I do periodically have internet issues since I moved. Got to thank you for being retired after between in-house and contracted or Independent Reseller. I need to retain that status again! My location on similar experiences via web, YouTube blogging or website could be informing customers of the awesome company has grown since being Charter Communications!
