“At the time i went to this location i was talked into setting up another account for the chance to get eithwr a very soft fleece wool blanket or a power bank with both type c and apple charging plugs. I took the power bank and left with a cold bottle of water and a very pleasant interaction. This is my second time in here and the tellers already called me by name”

“Today was my first visit to this bank. They had advertised attractive CD and Money Market rates. I was immediately greeted when I entered the bank and directed to a Personal banker to discuss possibility of opening a new account. The Customer Service Representative was Jen F. She escorted me to her office for a private conversation. I appreciated that as I do not feel comfortable asking questions and discussing financial decisions at a Teller window! In fact, when I arrived there I was not sure that I would indeed open a new account as this was an unfamiliar Bank to me. Until I met Jen F. She was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and actually "Kind"!!! Since this was my FIRST visit there, I spent over an hour with her and NEVER felt rushed. I was reassured that my new account was FDIC insured. The origin of the Bank was even explained to me. ALL of my questions were answered and any concerns I had initiating an account with a bank new to me were addressed. I am now a NEW customer of M1 Bank and very satisfied with my decision to open a new account there. By the way, since the building used to be a chocolate shop, they offer you chocolate candy and a complimentary cup of coffee or water! Very pleasant atmosphere. When I completed my business there, I left feeling like Jen and M1 Bank were no longer strangers!!!”

“Alliance credit Union branch that I go to is located in the old Firemen's credit Union on Fyler Avenue just west of Macklind. It's very easy to get in and get out, I go inside and they know me by name which is unusual for most banks nowadays. The service is always very simple, friendly and most of all always accurate.”

“I had such a great experience here today. I don't typically come to this commerce location, but I needed currency exchange and this is the only commerce location that does it in stl. It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!”
