“The product we bought was what we needed and they had plenty in stock for the best price but we had to wait for quite awhile for an employee to get the forklift and put it in our truck. The driver didn't seem very knowledgeable about the lift or how to load our truck but that is the only thing that could have been better. We will be going back so maybe next time will be different.”

“I really like shopping at Ross but I'm disabled and kind of sad that they don't have any electric carts for disabled customers. I didn't even see a regular wheel chair but like others that are disabled and shop alone a regular wheelchair doesn't really help. Would be nice to have at least one available so others could enjoy their day of shopping.”

“This place was very busy (back to school time!), but they had lots of stock. Good place for clothing. They did not have much stock of stationary this time & most of the comforters were king or queen size, but that could be due to college back to school shopping.”

“The store has plenty of spaced out room to Adventure through, lots of items on sale in the store.The JCPenny store was recently renovated in the last year. Cool people to talk to at the store if you have any questions about what you are looking to purchase. It’s a lot better then shopping online and being at the mercy of the person you are speaking with on the phone or texting in a message with the customer service person. Plus if you get hacked and someone starts playing with you and causing issues so I would say it’s better just to get some clean air and sun and check this JCPenney store out they big enough to keep your distance and get your shopping done.”

“It was a very busy store at this time. .layed out a little differently than .my home store in Houston, Missouri. I used the app on my phone to help me thur the crowds. I'm looking for ginger pills. They were out of stock in Houston. Made a fun day of it to get out of town to Rolla. I always walk.the fishing dept. And I did buy some more lures and picked up my ginger. Rolla is a larger store.so it has more stuff. Selfcheck out with little wait. And off I go.”

“I always say I hate Walmart but somehow I'm always here. Walmart can have a bad rep but it always has exactly what I need. I can walk in with a list of one item and walk out with twenty. There is one greeter that is always so friendly and in a good mood. I will say this Walmart is pretty organized and has great employees that are willing to help you out with whatever you need. I either love a Walmart or hate it and the rolla location is one of my favorites!”
