“I came in for multiple items. I asked several people for help as i was walking around trying to find everything. Most of what i needed was in stock and i was able to substitute something similar for everything else. Everyone i talked to was friendly and helpful, but the person that helped me the most was cashier Beatrice. She was extremely helpful in setting me up with the credit card which saved me money. She was efficient and pleasant and kind. I had commented how hot i was getting and she bought forward her fan to direct it on me as i waited to finish. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated. “My fairly new Washer & Dryer were both making a lot of noise and they were past the initial manufacturer warranty. Tyler came out and took a look at both and determined what was needed to fix the issues and ordered the parts. He called as soon as the parts came in and was back out to fix them ASAP. Pleased to say that they are both working as they should and are noise free. Very happy with the service I received.”
“We just moved to the area and stopped in for some new appliances and a few odds and ends for our new home. This is, hands down, the best Home Depot we have ever been too. Jerry in the appliance department was so helpful, hilarious and just a joy to chat with. He was very educated in the brands and appliances that he was showing us. We bought a new fridge and a washer & dryer, what a pleasant experience it was too. We also stopped over to grab a door lock and had a question for another employee, Steve. He was honest and helpful. We greatly appreciated his input. The employees were so friendly and helpful which is such a welcome change from what we were used to in Florida. We look forward to having this Home Depot as our regular home improvement stop. Thanks so much to Jerry and Steve!”
“We came here this weekend with our toddlers for the kids workshop. Its a free workshop, lasts all morning and is so much fun. We tried it when kids were barely 2 and they did not have much interest, they are almost 3 now and very into it. We built Home Depot trucks and it was so much fun! They did miss 1 component that was mentioned in the kit- the glue and one of the parts could really use it, we glued it at home and kids love their trucks. We will be back!”
“I just purchased a washer and dryer here and during that process I got to see every side of this company and give them 5 stars for how they handled everything. First impressions with going into the store, really great selection to choose from and I was greeted by (Brian) in sales who was super knowledgeable about their product and you could tell that he has been working in that industry for a while. He was really helpful sending me pictures of a couple different models that they had at their other location the next day to compare as well. I finally decided to go with a set and he gave me a really great price on them and even upgraded me to ones that came with pedestals on them for the same price. They scheduled them to be shipped to my house and even helped out with the scheduling to work around my work schedule. The delivery crew was super professional and did a great job installing everything. When we did our initial test run one of the units wasn't working properly and this is where Brian introduced me to their service team to discuss next steps. They stood behind their product and had a crew out the next day to swap out the unit. Everything is working great now and can't speak highly enough about this company from a sales side and customer support side. You can tell that they aren't just looking to sell another unit but really care about the customer experience. I will be a returning customer for sure and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new appliance. Thanks guys!”

“Ordered a new fridge online for a price much lower than any competitor. Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. As somebody furnishing their first home this was extremely helpful and I am grateful for the great customer service. 10/10 would definitely recommend!”

“I am so thankful for the team at Autco Home Appliance, led by our sales associate, Jay Starling. Jay was our man from start to finish. He helped my wife and I make some difficult decisions on our remodel. We took our time and never felt rushed or pushed. We were able to get a refrigerator, rangetop, dishwasher, dual ovens and a dishwasher. All top name brand appliances like Bosch, Wolff and GE Profile. The price was fair and the service top notch. They even stored the appliances in their warehouse till our contractor finished the job. Additionally, when the red knobs for the Wolff range were not with it, Jay personally made sure Wolff sent us out a new set. I could not be happier with Jay, the team and the service we received from Autoco!”

I love that I could bring my baby into the store with me and they were so kind and even gave him some treats The staff was so nice and everyone was very engaging, especially with it being so close to the holidays. They were still eager to help with all the chaos going amongst the store. If you don't have the app, I highly recommend getting it it tells you exactly where every item is from the aisle down to the bay, which the bay tells you exactly where the item is on the shelf It's perfect, so my husband can make a wish list and I can find items easily for gifts!”

“Wanted to thank the staff in a rental department of Home Depot for the excellent customer service. Entered Home Depot through rental area. I believe the gentleman that works on the equipment had waited on me. Rental area very organized look like a showroom floor. Rented a auto feed drain cleaner. Thought I had a problem with snake called spoke with manager rental area was closed. Manager did his best without knowing anything about the item. Manager told me he would take care of the problem when I brought drain snake back in. I did eventually get snake to work again I believe I got the belt wet on auto feed drain cleaner. Return snake very professional. Manager discounted rental out. The gentleman who waited on me in rental area very knowledgeable very professional”
