“I was a first-time appliance buyer and Happy's made every part of the process simple and stress-free. From the time I walked in, Baron was friendly and helpful. He helped me find better appliances than I was expecting for exactly within my price range. He was professional and thorough without being pushy. Delivery was a breeze as well. The two gentlemen who hauled the washer and dryer down the stairs were conversational, professional, and prepared. They even brought extra cords just in case we needed them (I had said I was reasonably sure we wouldn't need them at the time of purchase, but was wrong). We ended up needing those cords. Everyone was very understanding about my mistake and it was easy and inexpensive to add them to my bill over the phone. We had our appliances up and running quickly and we remain happy with Happy's. We will be returning for any and all appliances and mattresses we need in the future.”

“We were in town to see a movie and decided to stop here and see if they had a few things I was going to grab tomorrow at my local Lowe’s. Conveniently not only did they have what I needed, but the shopping experience was far better than that of our local Lowe’s. There were plenty of associates HAPPY to help ! MORE than enough checkouts open! A good selection, well organized store , and very clean. A lot of parking and curb side pickup. Honestly wish we lived closer as this would be my go to option for DIY projects , this stop saved me time and my sanity that I would have otherwise lost going to the Lowe’s nearby our house.”
“Timothy was pleasant and thorough with his diagnosis of the problem with my furnace, however I still have no heat due to what Timothy wrote in his report. The fact that I am a new homeowner with this property, him telling them that the furnace was dirty and maintenance on the furnace is part of the issue.
I told him that I had nothing to do with the maintenance of the furnace due do the fact that I just purchased the house was not put in the report. Now it seems that my home warranty plan that I purchased at closing is not going to pay for the repairs based on Timothy's findings. So at this point I am still without heat in my home. Timothy should have disclosed the conversation that he and I had regarding the fact that the maintenance had nothing to do with me, the new homeowner. I had already disclosed with Choice Home Warranty that I was the new owner and they had to honor that, and any repairs for the furnace doesn't fall on me. The issue was already in the home before I purchased it and it passed inspection.”

“I came in to do an exchange. I waited in customer service for about 5 minutes. Vicki was the employee that helped me and was so very kind. I told her we waited longer then expected for our delivery and she went above and beyond by also refunding our shipping costs. Vicki and I had a lovely conversation while doing the exchange. Vicki took her time and didn't rush me at all even when I had questions and she had a line of customers. Vicki made sure she answered everything before saying goodbye and calling up the next customer.”

“We went in with high hopes and could not have been happier with our experience! We bring dogs here regularly to work through distractions, and the staff is always so pleasant and sweet. When we needed a new appliance, we decided to check out our options locally. Ahmad made the process absolutely simple and seamless. He was so helpful and had us in and out, all while being thorough and above board, in 30 minutes. He made sure we had the right local company for installation and even called me around 7 PM to let me know the movers don’t uninstall items, so they would remove the haul-away charge (and did so in less than 24 hours). He assured us that the local installers would take care of that for us, and they did without issue! We got a great price, excellent service, easy and fast installation, and it was the process I was hoping for.
We ordered on the 6th, had delivery on the 9th, and install on the 10th.
Once that was complete, we returned to buy a new microwave and toilet where we were offered help loading up our purchases.
Home Depot, keep it up! Thankful to have them in town.”
