“Ok so my first visit was amazing it was just my son and I that went in. My son is special needs he is high functioning autistic and has adhd. He don’t warm up to people easy, however Christa and him just clicked she got him excited to help her help him find me uniforms they talked and laughed and she made it so stress free for me to get my uniforms (going to a store is never easy for me) He then met Jill and he liked her a lot too the three of them talked and joked while I tried things on. Christa and Jill are amazing to deal with It’s nice to have understanding and they were so compassionate and tried to take a little off me while I was shopping. Now my next visit neither of the girls were there when I came in with my son a lady named Lisa was she had absolutely no patience with my son what so ever she was rude and kept getting on to him and slightly raising her voice telling him he shouldn’t be doing that and all he was doing was looking at the scrubs to help me! She has no customer service skills what so ever, and needs to learn not to act like she is the mom to customers kids!! From Now on when I need something if I pull up and don’t see Christa or Jill I will not patronize the store any longer , seeing how my son was such an issue with Lisa and what’s crazy I was told she is the store manager I wld love to know how she got that job because it’s definitely not her social skills, personality, patience, or customer service”
“This is a truly fantastic location. The staff are friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I felt as if I had silly questions, and the woman who helped me did a wonderful job of both steering me in the right direction and putting my "silly questions" fears to rest. 10/10 would recommend, as I don't plan on shopping at any other location OR online. I visited during the evening of 7/16/24, an otherwise rainy Tuesday. I wish that I could recall the name of the woman who helped me, so that I could thank her once more for her help, as well as her sense of humor. It made all the difference in the world.”

“I was visiting Minnesota and stopped to do some shopping at MOA. While walking by a store, the Normal Brand caught my eye. I went in and left with two new shirts and a pair of pants. I absolutely love all of them and they have become my new favorite brand. The store manager was very friendly and helpful. I also noticed that the store had a great selection of sizes and styles, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for stylish and comfortable clothing.”

Cheryl took such good care of me, picked out bras that she’d recommend, and checked on me to make sure all was going well. We even joked around a little bit! “I found this wonderful store while walking around South County Mall. The first time I visited was because I was at the mall looking for something special to wear to a Lizzo concert. I have returned several times since then. The store carries goods for ALL SIZES! It is really hard to find something sexy and/or fun for curvy girls. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. I found a beautiful corset at a great price. It made me feel beautiful and was the garment I never would have thought of getting for myself. I also picked up a pair of earrings to finish my outfit. Prices are very reasonable, staff is great, thanks for thinking of all sizes!”

“I had a wonderful experience at Refresh! I had several dresses to donate for their upstairs collection and I was met with the nicest woman, Tammy. She didn’t hesitate to help me carry in the dresses and steamer. Then I was given a coupon to use for my donation. This was my first time donating and shopping here! I found so many cute items and will certainly come back! The only tricky thing was parking but I planned on going at a time that the traffic wasn’t bad.
