The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. But when I came to the Cricket location on Kansas Expressway in Springfield, Missouri, the store manager a man by the name of AJ was not only able to make sure what my problem was and get my problem resolved he was able to navigate multiple customers by himself until his second employee came in the building. The customer service here was impeccable.”

“Chris was so helpful and fixed my Wife's phone. After Cardinal computer repair wanted to recharge me for the same problem they already fixed. They only gave me a 2 month warranty and the phone started to have problems after the warranty was expired. I brought it back to the store and they wanted to recharge me full price. So I called I am Wireless and they knew the problem over the phone and had the part in stock and fixed it right away and charged me cheaper then Cardinal computer repair wanted to charge me. They are the best. Thank you Chris and I am Wireless !!! I really appreciate it.”
