She has such a special way with my dog — unlike other groomers where he gets anxious and tries to escape, he actually loves seeing her and feels completely comfortable in her care. Grooming his paws has always been a challenge because he hates it, but Heather handles it gently and skillfully. She always grooms him exactly how I ask, and he looks perfect every time.
Recently due to my own medical situation, I wasn’t sure if I could make my appointment and had to cancel last minute. Heather was very understanding and professional, which meant a lot to me. Her kindness and clear communication make working with her so easy.
If you want a groomer who genuinely cares and creates a calm, welcoming environment, Heather is the best!

Our Yorkie twisted his dewclaw when he jumped on the couch. I think it got caught in the fabric.
Anyway, we called Healing Paws this morning and they were able to work us in right away. They took him back, trimmed off the broken nail, wrapped up his little leg, and sent us on our way with some pain medicine and antibiotics.
We couldn't ask for a more caring and helpful veterinarian! Thank you so much, Healing Paws!

Dr. Z was so thorough and knowledgeable with Dino and did all she could for him! I couldn't have asked for a better vet to see him. She was so kind and was truly a light in a hard situation. The other staff and veterinarians are also extremely kind and compassionate. I received his medicine in the cutest hand drawn baggie that I'm going to keep forever! They also sent a flower basket with a very sweet note and I definitely didn't sob.. lol! They truly care about their patients and customers. I can't recommend them enough. <3

The amount of care and compassion they gave to our sweet Marlee Sue was above and beyond what I could have imagined. We had to lay our sweet girl to rest due to aggressive bone cancer. Dr Annie & Mike were such a comfort to us during this difficult time. Two very amazing & professional humans! They explained every step to us and helped us through the process. They even made a sweet paw print for us with her name as well as a card in the mail with everyone's signature from Bradford Park Veterinary Hospital. They are top notch. They offer cake donuts, raised donuts, kinkle donuts, bear claws, and filled varieties, with lots of glazed, icing, and sprinkle options. They also sell drinks like juice and milk cartons. They take cash or card. This is not a place to hangout all day and use the wifi. It's grab and go. Only complaint is that they keep their gloves on when handling money and credit cards.

I had a soda and the fizz was perfect not too syrupy. I am not a Mac and cheese fan but I am a sucker for pesto. The Chicken Pesto Mac and Cheese was delicious. It had mushrooms and broccoli as well. Not a fan of cooked mushrooms due to the texture but I ate a few since they were included and they really weren’t that bad to me. The Peace fries were a different kind of taste for me but still very good. A ketchupy kind of curry flavor. The waiter was very pleasant and threw me off when he offered a straw and asked if I wanted my favorite color. It’s small but it made me smile. The forks are pretty big, and I have little hands. Tad uncomfortable but not world ending by any means

You know spending money and decide I wanted a tea as well and ask if I could sample the raspberry tea they straight up told me NOPE we don’t allow that. So I pay for it and it’s trash I’m stuck with it. Yeah wow. What a joke
I edit: manager did try to fix issue when I went to window to pick up order and said I can make you a large and if you don’t like we can get you a regular. I said I don’t like wasting drinks. If I don’t like it I don’t want a whole large tea thrown away. That was not the point. I said no I’m good i tried to say this all in the beginning when you wouldn’t allow me to just try it. Now that I’m irritated you want to fix it and all that. I was polite when asking and even when explaining in the beginning. Thanks for tryn to make it right.
