Super knowledgeable staff and very friendly. They have classes every Saturday to show you how to balance the chemicals and maintain your spa.The showroom has lots of spas to get a feel for all the options.If you’re looking for a hot tub, this is the place to go.

Very disappointed with support. I have purchased a hot tub for 11k and it was broken next day it was installed. Support blame me in this and dealer as well. No return or repair.

Purchasing a spa from Aspen was a great experience. They answered all of our questions regarding which spa was right for us, how to prepare the site, etc. Conner did a great job on the install/delivery and explaining how to balance the spa for initial use. I thought the price was very reasonable for what we got.
Aspen Spas is a hot tub manufacturer and sells directly to the public in the greater STL area, along with exporting spas to the UK and supplying other retailers in the Midwest and Eastern US. The St. Louis retail store also carryings Saunas (traditional and Infrared), BBQ grills, and patio furniture. In St. Louis we have a full-service team that service and maintains Aspen Spas we have sold for the past 28 years.
