“I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who never has good experiences anywhere lol. He was RAVING about this place after he picked up his boots. For 2 months he needed new work boots and we went to Chucks, Boot barn, you name it, and each time he returned the boots he bought. The customer service here is amazing, she told him how to take care of his boots and even gave him extra soles and oil. Thank you guys so much!”
“I visited Laurie’s Shoes in Rock Hill today to purchase a pair of shoes for my husband. It was my good fortune to have Jason Davis assist me with my hunt for the right shoe. He understood the needs I described and brought out the perfect shoe. He also walked around the store with me and helped me find a pair of shoes for myself. He wasn’t simply selling me shoes. He was helping me select shoes to meet our needs. He was also polite and friendly. I will ask for him when I return for my next purchase.”

“Affordable prices, a variety of selections to choose from, friendly and trustworthy staff, what more can you ask for?! I shop here for 510-thread cartridges, and they are always kind enough to allow me to check that the product is not damaged/defective before buying it, as a common problem with 510 cartridges is fluid leakage.
I left my wallet there today on accident, and a kind staff member held onto it for me until I called the store! They tried everything they could to get a hold of me up until that point. My wallet was returned just the way it was before I lost it. Grateful and satisfied!”
“Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. I barely got on the first shirt I had to try on, and an employees arm shoots through the curtain with 2 other shirts that they wanted me to try on. “This shop is pretty good if you're on the hunt for shoes. They've got a decent variety, so there's a good chance you'll find something you like. That said, they don’t always have exactly what I'm looking for, which can be a bit annoying.
Prices are okay—some are reasonable, but others feel a little too high for what you're getting.
The staff is alright. They’re generally helpful but don’t go out of their way to make the experience special.
Overall, it’s worth a visit if you’re flexible with what you want, but you might need to shop around if you have something specific in mind.”

I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. “My husband and I enjoy dining at Mariposa. We do so often. Both alone or with family and friends we are never disappointed. It's been surprising to me how many people don't know about the restaurant. It's been fun to introduce people to Mariposa for their first visit. “Nordstrom Rack is a national retail chain known for its big named brands and low prices in comparison to other stores and it's parent store, Nordstrom. This location is easy to get to and has a ton of parking as it's in a strip center. Inside they are fully stocked on everything you'd need in a retail clothing store. The service here is phenomenal and there's tons of employees walking around trying to help. The dressing rooms were very clean as well as the bathrooms.”
“Update: got a call from Christy at the Glendale location. She’s awesome, totally made things right and then some! Go see her for your shoe needs!!!Bought a rather expensive pair of Birkenstock sandals a little over a year ago. Normal seasonal wear, not everyday. They’ve broken. Rep at the store says that’s “common and a year of seasonal wear is normal for a hundred dollar pair of sandals”. So just a heads up, don’t expect more than a year of occasional use for your money here.”
