“One of the best repair shops in town. Took these heavily used and last of the made in USA Chippewa boots, in for a bit of TLC.
New Vibram wedge sole, leather conditioning, laces and new original Chippewa insoles.
The wait time was 6 weeks. I gather skilled cobblers are diminishing in numbers these days. Surely it’s better for everyone if we can buy quality, repair and reuse.

“Skechers has some of the most comfortable shoes and I am so glad there is a store in Fenton, Missouri.
I just had knee surgery and I went in today to find some sandals that were comfortable enough. Bethany helped me and she was knowledgeable and friendly.
I received the best customer service that I have received in any store in a very long time from Bethany! She was very patient with me while I tried on several pairs. I found one pair, but I was having trouble finding a second pair for the, “buy one get one half off” sale. Bethany had me try on a different style and size in a different pair and they worked perfectly!
Bethany even accessed the website to show me the other colors for the sandals. When I left the store she was helping another customer!

“I had to come make a review because in one day my crippling feet has been cured with the $80 moldable insoles From Red Wing. I’m totally impressed and I never knew that I can be cured in 1 to 2 days just by wearing the right supportive insoles! You will see me back in one year from more insoles! “I visited the store about a month ago to buy a new pair of shoes. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and Travis, the store manager, assured me that he would help me until I found what I needed. He was very patient in walking me through several pairs of shoes and even sold me on getting a second pair so I wouldn't wear mine out so quickly and have more options to choose from. I'm a minimalist so I don't usually get multiple pairs of dress shoes but I'm glad I did. Travis is fantastic at what he does and I'm glad he's there. I'll be back in the future when I need new shoes.”
“Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on.
