The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization that regularly delivers to every residential and business address in the country. This USPS location at 9621 Olive Blvd offers a variety of services, including walk-in passport services. Customers have had mixed experiences at this branch. On the positive side, the staff is generally friendly and helpful. The manager/supervisor is described as the "BEST" - very helpful, understanding, and with great customer service. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking and nearby amenities like restaurants and a Walgreens. One customer was even able to get a last-minute passport appointment. However, some customers have had poor experiences. One reviewer called this the "worst post office" in the area, with staff who "absolutely hate their lives." There have been issues with staff not following proper procedures, like trying to charge for certified mail that should have been free. The small space also makes it difficult to social distance. Overall, this USPS branch provides the essential mail and package delivery services, with a mix of positive and negative customer experiences depending on the staff interactions.
Doors were locked 5 minutes before scheduled closing time with no access to the inside to even weigh & add stamps to drop off mail the day before taxes are due???... Boo!!! (& I rushed over - leaving work early to get there too!!!)

I have lived in this community for 30 years, and the terrible attitude and incompetence of the workers at this post office is legendary. You are better off calling the main customer service number and waiting on hold for 20 minutes, while you wait for a rep to get on the line (and hope that they speak English).

The local delivery sucks. They are unable to accurately deliver mail to the apartments. We get the wrong letter and building almost every day.
