“Shout out to Marcos! My motorcycle dropped a carburetor screw on the way there. After finding one in the store, I was unable to put it on, but Marcos offered to find a wrench for me, which he did, and helped me secure my carb back on, and the offered to get me a water to drink. Cycle started right up, and was able to be on my way. Every business should PRAY to find an employee like Marcos.”

“My husband and I were at menards on Eastgate in Springfield mo, on March 23,2024 and were in the lighting department and we were unsure of what we wanted or needed and a young man named Dustin helped us for almost an hour. He help us make sure we got the right bulbs for the fixtures we chose and was very patient and knowledgeable. We purchased 2 fixtures and the bulbs and then went to the light switch department and he showed up there to check on us and again helped us find what we needed. Menards needs to be very proud of him!”
