“My husband and I visited the Verizon location in Fenton, MO on Sunday, July 6, 2025. Susan was so friendly to all customers and kept us informed of who was next and that she would be with us shortly. Susan was attentive to us and kept us involved while we waited for her to finish with her existing customer.
We have been with Verizon since 2000 and it is because of the customer service that people like Susan delivers, that we stay with Verizon. We get asked by other carriers to move to them, but we do not want to risk losing the relationship with a company that hires people like Susan to work with. She is professional and friendly! She answered our questions with a great attitude. This is uncommon these days!”

“Excellent service! I brought my phone in because my camera was blurry from the inside. They opened the phone and tried cleaning it, but then realized the camera itself was damaged due to internal debris.
Even though this wasn’t their fault at all, they went above and beyond. They ordered the replacement camera themselves, installed it, and only charged me for one labor. They were honest, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend this shop.”

“Although I'm not a fan of the area, I must say that myself and my daughter visited this place and I love it.. they have a variety of phone accessories, they're well stocked, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly..
The price they charge to repair your phone is very reasonable..they will have you in and out in no time.. I do plan to return for my repair needs and phone accessories as long as I'm in town.. although I am originally from the STL area..I no longer live there.. I highly recommend this place. ??”

That being said, I thrive on premier customer service and that is exactly what I received at T-Mobile S Kingshighway. My Sales Clerk, Antonio, presented himself as professional, knowledgeable, and expeditious. Antonio quickly assessed the issues with my phone and rectified the matter. Five stars is not enough to rate a clerk and a store that treated me so well. The assistant manager even asked me to let her and the staff know if I needed anything further.
