“This review is long overdue... I've been going to Racketman for over 15 yrs due to my daughter being heavily involved in tennis. So we have been in there quite frequently over the years and I have never once left disappointed. Jim (the owner) is a great guy and always willing to help with advice on anything and everything tennis related. And the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful as well. It's just a really great place with great inventory and great people. There are very few businesses anymore that truly earn the loyalty of their customers on an ongoing basis... Racketman does.”

“An incredibly positive first-time experience. Nearly every time I shop for any article of clothing, I dread it, it's unpleasant, and I'm mildly depressed for a day afterward. Not this time. Running shoes aren't cheap, and I EXPECTED to leave feeling vaguely cheated and unsure whether I made the right choice! BUT - with the friendly, knowledgeable, and personal service provided by Michael, I left feeling like I'd definitely gotten the exact right shoes for me, and like the price I paid was worth it. (Side note: I was curious and checked, and the price I paid for my shoes at Big River was identical to the price on Amazon, so this is a definite no-brainer.) If you want to start running and are intimidated by getting the correct shoes, this is the place to go. “If you are looking to build confidence and skills OMG training is outstanding. Continuous positive feedback and in drill coaching has really helped develop my 10 year-olds skills and more importantly confidence and love for the game. If you are looking for soccer training I would strongly recommend OMG!”

“After trying a pair of Hokas that I didn't like for a couple months, I had to go back to old reliable New Balance and this store is the right place to go. I've been to many different stores over the years and my conclusion is you need to go to a dedicated NB store for your purchase. I've been to this store 3 times and one thing you can count on when going to a NB store is the knowledge of their staff. My salesperson got me the right size shoe of the model I wanted and the correct insole for my high instep. I left their a happy camper and will go back for my next pair.”
