“My wife and I bought some Ski's this past weekend and the staff was very helpful. Particularly Dan and Mike, Dan was very patient and helped us find the right boots that fit. He also explained the different types of gear and what would be best for what we wanted to do. Mike installed our bindings Saturday evening after we came in kinda late and he was swamped with same day gear fixes. I could not recommend this place enough!”

The selection of gear for my home, garden, and work is almost all-inclusive. I've always found what I need for my pets. Plus, they always have, at least some, knowledgeable staff on hand. If they don't know what I'm asking for, they find someone who does.”

“Heather here replaced the Columbias I bought that were advertised as waterproof and weren’t actually waterproof. Even sprayed the second pair with their own waterproofing before leaving the store.Fred was very friendly when purchasing the first pair. Approached me to ask if I needed help finding anything, was nice about it, but couldn’t help but think/feel like it was because of my appearance. No license, pedestrian, need to carry many items I need throughout the day in a backpack… can’t remember if I left my bag up front that visit… also have tattoos on my hand and arms, wear a hat and hood. Hadn’t noticed Fred approach any other customers that way on previous visits, experience it quite frequently. Always momentarily upsetting. Especially if no signs are posted about packs/purses and especially in retailers with loss prevention teams and plenty of surveillance cameras.Will likely shop here again. Not sure if Fred’s approach is the right or wrong thing.. could discourage somebody with the intention of shoplifting momentarily… wanted to avoid Fred after that, likely would have found another place to shop if I had the time, a vehicle, or didn’t need to speak about the waterproofing on the shoes I got.”

Then a helpful staffer pointed me in the right direction, including a clearance rack where I found an excellent jacket. So I left with everything I needed. I love that it's next door to REI so you can shop both.”

I came in without any knowledge about shoes, but he walked me through it and helped me to find a pair of shoes I enjoyed. Yeah the shoes are great but the customer service is absolutely ridiculously good. Not only will they find you shoes, but they’ll help you figure out the ones that are best for you.
