“The guy who helped me wasn’t wearing a name tag so not sure who to give credit to, but I’d been putting off the trip for weeks because I’d been dreading it. I was so pleasantly surprised! He didn’t try to upsell me anything, helped me get exactly what I asked for, and was very clear about the pricing. The store didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock, but he easily ordered it online for me, to be shipped to my house. I had a great, easy experience and will definitely come back to this store specifically whenever I need anything!”

Helped me switch over to a business plan despite the ongoing issues with the customer support line, and kept us entertained by being funny and personable the whole afternoon. I specifically asked for his card to return doing his shift so he can help me further set up my phone and watch upon delivery.”

“I have to say that Byron restored my faith in Cox’s support. We had a few consecutive horrible experiences with support, via chat and then calling in. I decided to go into the store to try to get things sorted out and I am so glad I did. When I got there, Byron was helping an older lady with her technology and was so sweet, patient and empathic. I was glad when he wrapped up, that he came to help me. Within 5 minutes, he researched my issue and came back with a solution. It is something we had been dealing with for a few months so I appreciate his help so much!!!”

I even paid off two of my phones and the associate helped me get my new phone full coverage, especially since my phone took a hard hit a few days earlier! I liked that he sent me email confirmations for my payments and phone insurance coverage! I liked talking to the associate over the phone actually, whenever I go to the store it’s always full no matter what time I go! So thanks again!”
