“So I originally went to 17650 Wright St, Omaha, NE 68130 T Mobile Store because I live out West. I got inside and saw they were busy which I was willing to wait. About 25 minutes later the guy with a nose ring said how can I help you, I said I need to return my old phone because I upgraded to the new I Phone 17 that person advised that I would need my return label and since I didn’t do the upgrade with them they couldn’t help me. I said thats not what T Mobile customer service stated so I drove out of my way during rush hour to 124th an Dodge Store and Josh Bolton went out of his way and helped me. It took 8 minutes and he apologized to me for the other stores rudeness. 10/10

I swapped to metronet fiber as it rolled out and had more headaches than value. Threw in the towel with metronet and went back to Cox Internet service. Got a great deal for what I needed.”

On 10-24 -25--Had to return a router that went bad, took 2 trips but my problem was resolved. Both trips to this store I was helped as soon as I went in, everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful.”
“I had the best experience at this Verizon. Zayy was amazing. I came in to have my info transferred from my old phone to a new one. I had previously been told I would have to pay $40 for this service. He told me that was not correct. So right off the bat he saved me $40. I also wanted to get my bill lowered. He seemed to work magic and got my bill down $30. And a bonus my next bill would only be $25. Amazing. He is a true asset. He didn't rush me even with the store being quite busy. I really appreciated that as well. Because of him I actually decided to stay with Verizon because I was contemplating changing to T-Mobile. He was able to retain me as a customer. Every experience/employee should be like this.”
