I went to turn in a modem. And upgrade to Panaramic WiFi. What I had before was not enough for working at home. The ladies were very nice. I haven’t had any problems working at home. Keep doing a great job ladies.

KD was very knowledgeable and helped me set up internet and cable and Mobile lines he understood my frustrations with T-Mobile great kid

Nobody could accurately diagnose my problem,but an extremely friendly staff! (I had to make 2 trips and ended up calling customer service because I was so mad!)
