I dropped my phone when it fell out of my pocket getting out of my truck. The back was shattered. We made an appointment and the young man at the counter promptly helped us when we arrived. He had my phone repaired in LESS THAN TEN MINUTES! I'm just sorry I didn't remember his name. I totally recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair!
