“Came in to possibly become part of the -ACP PROGRAMLIFELINE PROGRAMWith the help of a experienced friendly worker named "Katherine"Not only did I get signed up for ACP PROGRAM and given a phone prolly normally cost $150-$200.And connected to cricket service plan of 30 a month brand/type of billable service. But only had to pay $10 for the whole transaction to be processed, ( I only had $13) ?? blessings..She also took time to sign my phone up and I walked out the store new phone all apps working and email connected for cricket business and more....ACP is a blessing cuz I was just out the hospital and homeless but got connected on this phone and have been able to start changing my life's position.”

“I’ve never had such a great experience at a phone company. I was so pleased with how we were treated here. Teressa helped us, and she was so amazing. She was kind and patient. We definitely took a long time to get things together, and she just smiled and assured us it was okay. She was there to help us. She explained our plans in detail. My son was having some issues with payment, and she came up with a solution. I wish there were more customer service representatives like her. I hope her pillow is always cold, and the sun always shines down on her. Thank you, AT&T and Teressa, for making sure we had an enjoyable experience.”

“To clarify, I am giving T-Mobile a generous 3 stars, as they really aren't that impressive in what they offer. Not trashing them, but it's nothing remarkable. Went to get a new phone for my son and home internet service. Once at the store, Toni took care of us and is terrific with customer service and product knowledge. She handled the issues very well and fixed everything for us. She is the reason this review is 5 stars. Toni is great!”
