“This place is the absolute BEST for all your shipping needs whether it be UPS dropoff, the US postal service or FedEx. You can also pay to ship with all three and they will give you a price compare for each one when you are looking for the best price. They have I think 2 pick ups for each service a day and the people who now own this place, the original owner probably deserved a much needed break from the industry let's face it, it's a stressful and customer service HEAVY choice, he was an amazing guy always ready to give a smile and I admit I miss him a lot. The new owners are also wonderful and are great at everything he did as well. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed they are the most accurate place in all southwest Omaha in my opinion and I do $#;@LOAD of shipping lol”

I reached out to FedEx and within 1 hour had two nice posters. They were professional and helpful and very understanding, even when I was so last minute. “Their customer service was awesome, and they were very helpful! I had ordered a package, and somehow when I went to pay through Google Pay, it changed the city to unincorporated, but the zip code was Gretna. They were able to find the package for me after it was scanned for return to sender and hold it so I could come pick it up. Luckily, I live about 15 minutes from their post office.”

“I'm very thankful that I found this location when doing a map search. I had a last minute order that was urgently needed and the 72nd and Q st location had just closed for the evening. This Fort St location is open until 9pm Mon-Fri and is much closer to my warehouse then Q St. While there are numerous retail stores that offer FedEx package drop-off, if you need labels printed from a QR code, then one must go to either one of the two FedEx owned and operated sites for QR label printing service. X”
“Earlier today I went to the Post Office, and there was a guy named Chris who had a cool and amazing hairstyle. I loved his energy and enthusiasm. He was so upbeat and helpful that it completely changed the tone of my day. You don’t expect to leave the Post Office with a smile, but thanks to Chris, I did. “It's a friendly place and it's nice to have a post office in town. However, I do have one complaint and that's the outside mailbox. The box used to be on the corner of the building next to the pole there. It was easy to put your mail in that mailbox but where it is now is a disaster. I almost ruined my car two years ago because when you use the driveway on the north side then turn left toward the mail box. The driveway is uneven and when it snows you cannot see where the drive drops off. I was lucky I didn't damage my car. I would suggest moving the mailbox back to its former position at the south end of the building by the pole. God bless.”
