“I just visited WoodCraft Las Vegas for the first time since they opened. I’m quite impressed with the selection of tools, wood working supplies and the staff. I was greeted immediately when walking into the store but was able to browse the entire store without being bothered by the staff at my own leisure. Staff is available is you have questions. They also sell small wood pieces for any project, wood puzzles and other odds and ends. I’ll definitely be back when I need to make a purchase.”
“I went in during their big parking lot sale and was shopping around looking for something in particular. I saw that it was empty in both spots so I decided to ask an associate and she was very helpful. She checked the system and then went to find one for me in the back. “We came from Washington and we had codes come up on our car we went here and they were so nice awesome wished they were in Washington . They went and explained what to get and they would do it for cheaper than any other place I've been. Cheap alignment but they went way out of there way to help”
“Staff is super knowledgeable about what they have in stock. I live in Reno, but my parents purchased handles from them in 2021ish and recommended them to me. I purchased a new home at the beginning of the year (2023) so when I went down to Vegas to visit my family, I made my way into the store to find handles. I was overwhelmed by the stock, but was super impressed with the variety. I was able to place an order and have it delivered to my house. I placed an order on a Monday or Tuesday of June 2023, and it was delivered within two days. Super impressed and would definitely recommend.”

He was very helpful and had a great deal of patience answering all of our questions about setting up our compressor. “I love this place because they always have better prices than Lowe’s and they have excellent deals for members. The membership is $30 bucks a year and it allows special pricing on many items. Today I renewed my membership and got such a big discount off the tools I bought that the membership paid for itself the first usage. Staff is also friendly and helpful.”
“I've been wanting to check this place out for a while now. I recently needed to get a copy of my house key so I gave them a call to see if they made them and ended up getting 2 done for a total of $8.65 , very reasonable. This is a REAL HARDWARE STORE. I was pleasantly surprised at all they had and the cleanliness of the store. The employees were nice and helpful. This is the kind of place I remember going to with my Dad back in the Carolinas when I was growing up.
They have lots of bbq supplies , sauces , rubs , and of course bbqs like Traeger and Big Green Egg. They occasionally have cookouts for special occasions like 4th of July and such and of course I've missed everyone. They have a small Traeger that I may end up going back to buy. Also lots of tools and gardening equipment to include shovels and tree trimmers. Lots of bird feeders , it's just nice to see the selection they have here. I would definitely recommend you checking this place out.”

“Went by to pick up some touch-up paints for my house. Walked in with a lot of information but was also missing a lot of the information and they provided fantastic customer service helping me work my way through all the different selections and getting everything I needed.
They were very patient and kind and knowledgeable. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later, pulled up, and they were walking out the door with my order to my car, never even went back into the building.

And by helping me, I mean I called ahead to say on the way (they were close to closing), he was energetic and helped me look for the part. The store didn’t have my specific piece, but Jeremy still helped instruct me on how to fix the issue, and find out where the part could be found. He was absolutely excellent.”

Here, the "norm" is a combination of Grade A+ customer service, materials inventory, and value that just keeps going year after year.The secret sauce at CAI is the knowledge, experience, and extraordinary kindness of the staff. (Most recently for me -- David, Bob, and Jose-- really good dudes!) You can't put a pricetag on the gamechanging support you get with every single interaction at CAI. I've worked in acquisition, budgets, etc. and pay attention to such things. You can save yourself a lot of searching and just go with this company from the start. Not only will they not let you down. They'll go above and beyond to make sure you succeed. We need more businesses like this, so let's take our business to them.”
“Remember when hardware stores actually had what you needed? Well this one does! This shop deserves a big shout out for being the best hardware store in Las Vegas. It starts with the staff; these guys are smart, knowledgeable, seasoned vets of the industry that actually care about solving your needs. There are no useless dumb people working here like you find at the box stores. If you have plumbing needs, they have the most extensive collection of plumbing fittings, so if they don't have it then it probably doesn't exist. The nuts and bolts hardware section is old school terrific . . . endless drawers of hardware, and you can buy the quantity need, not forced to buy a box or an overpriced package of 10 when you only need 4 (Like the box stores make you do). My time is valuable. So when I need something for a project I go here FIRST before wasting my time going to Home Depot or Lowes only to find out they don't have it anyway and I wind up here. They also have Amerigas Propane Exchange here, and they exchange it quickly instead of making you wait forever to call a manager like the other guys do. Support your locally owned businesses! These guys deserve to stay in business so they can continue to serve our community.”
