“I just visited WoodCraft Las Vegas for the first time since they opened. I’m quite impressed with the selection of tools, wood working supplies and the staff. I was greeted immediately when walking into the store but was able to browse the entire store without being bothered by the staff at my own leisure. Staff is available is you have questions. They also sell small wood pieces for any project, wood puzzles and other odds and ends. I’ll definitely be back when I need to make a purchase.”

“Holy cow. First time I went there today. I normally go to Jones feed but they were out of the bedding we needed. I will continue to go to Jones feed simply because it's a local business but.... Tractor supply had so much more than just stuff for animals. I had no idea. I got a shirt and a few other things. But they have great quality clothes and cute for CHEAP. A VAST majority of animal supplies for way less expensive than petco or petsmart or Amazon. I noticed they have my dogs joint vitamins for literally HALF the price as Amazon. I will be going back there for that. Plus my goal for 2026 is no more Amazon shopping. It was clean and the employees were very kind as well.”
“I went in during their big parking lot sale and was shopping around looking for something in particular. I saw that it was empty in both spots so I decided to ask an associate and she was very helpful. She checked the system and then went to find one for me in the back. “I stopped into Ace to do my yearly knife sharping. This is the place to go if you have nice knives or just a favorite that needed the Midas touch to bring it back to life. They do manufacturing sharping. Only takes 90 seconds/knife & you can watch. All laser guided. Each knife is scanned & the computer laser puts a manufactured edge on. If you are used to that dull kitchen knife this is not for you or you can stock up on bandaids.
They have excellent experienced customer service & all of their merchandise is top quality. You will be proud to say you shopped at Ace! Be sure to join their club for discounts & deals.”

E representative Emily provided expert advice, color options. The package included visit to our home, color swatches that we glued to the wall and painted! Through Emily's thoughtful advise, we selected D-E paint colors that we LOVE! In addition we were referred to an expert painter by Emily, who advised/confirmed the paint gloss to use. We are very happy with this In-Home Advisor service. In addition, Emily has incredible experience with color. We highly recommend this service and would use this service again. We are Emily and Dunn-Edwards clients forever!”
“Staff is super knowledgeable about what they have in stock. I live in Reno, but my parents purchased handles from them in 2021ish and recommended them to me. I purchased a new home at the beginning of the year (2023) so when I went down to Vegas to visit my family, I made my way into the store to find handles. I was overwhelmed by the stock, but was super impressed with the variety. I was able to place an order and have it delivered to my house. I placed an order on a Monday or Tuesday of June 2023, and it was delivered within two days. Super impressed and would definitely recommend.”

“Absolutely fantastic Customer Service! I’ve been coming here for years and just recently I shopped at a local competitor and was very disappointed with the service. I went back to Peter Ben lumber and worked with Julien and he helped me navigate through choosing material, sizes of hinges, edge banding. There is a bunch of new stuff in this project that I was asking a bunch of newbie stupid questions. They deal with a lot of pros that know what they’re doing every day; however, Julien was very patient and thorough helping me through the whole process. Peak customer service. I’m not wasting my time or money at the other place. Peterman lumber earned my Business.”

Today I renewed my membership and got such a big discount off the tools I bought that the membership paid for itself the first usage. Staff is also friendly and helpful.”

They were very patient and kind and knowledgeable. They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later, pulled up, and they were walking out the door with my order to my car, never even went back into the building.
