I was the first to be in the store. The young man was very welcoming and knowledgeable of my issue .. paid $25 to reinstated my eSIM on my new phone and was pleased.

I went here to upgrade my phone, there was a problem in getting the phone I wanted and I had to go to 2 different stores to get it, the staff were helpful and hooked me up with the phone, changed everything over, and did a great job, no complaints, except having to go to 2 different stores.

This MetroPCS location is great! The two female associates I met today was so friendly and helpful. They were very honest and sincere while trying to resolve my issues. I truly appreciate their help.
