“Check in was a breeze and the young lady that helped us was fantastic, courteous and professional. Our unit location and the ease of entering the premises is good. The reason for four stars instead of 5 is the dirty unit. We had to bring broom and cordless vac to clean our unit. If we had water access we would have mopped. It seems it has never been cleaned. A good cleaning throughout the building would be nice. ?”

“I love this place! Very clean and staff is so helpful! I have had a unit here for over 4 years and I always have a good experience. This part of Las Vegas is not the best area but you would not even know it when leaving your things here. Every unit has a personal alarm and security is highly monitored. Carts are available upon asking and the units are climate controlled. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends because of the prices and value you receive. “1)Bobbie answered while she was assisting another customer on the 3rd floor. She was extremely friendly and remembered my name as she welcomed me in from my car after she was finished with the first customer.
2) She showed me a unit that would best fit my situation and furniture needs for my move from another state. She gave me a moving strategy based on the building layout and logistics with professional movers. The paperwork was quick and efficient.
3) All in all a great experience that made the most anticipated stressful part of my move easier. I have 1000 other things to worry about with my move. This interaction took a huge weight off of my shoulders.
I will definitely recommend Extra Space Moving to my peers specifically based on my recent experience with her!
