“John. Manager. He is the best. When I was in a tight bind to get a storage and on a fast notice , John made my move very easy. Storage units are very close to doors. So easy to move in. Paid four months in advance to save a lot of. Money.

“Fact: I contacted several Storage Facilities to find one that was suitable to my needs both with content space, location, cleanliness and Security and MOST IMPORTANT was Courteous and Knowledgeable. Storage One on Ann Road fulfills all these needs.OPINION: My phone call was picked up immediately, Karisia was knowledgeable and answered my questions and stated she would have Jayme, Facility Manager, call me. Within 10 minutes Jayme called me to Thank Me for looking into their Company. Upon her knowledge, concern and happy attitude, I chose to bring my contents to her facility after the pricing convenience. WOW! WOW! WOW! Best pricing for what you get! The Outside of the grounds are neat, well painted and very safe. The Sign-Up process was quick, easy and well communicated. Then the walk through to my unit was very pleasant with great communication. The Unit is very tall, neat, clean and Secure with the best lock (added into the pricing. NO hidden fees!)Jayme, Facility Manager, is very pleasant, knowledgeable, well organized and enjoys her job! I definitely recommend you call, visit and experience what Jayme's facility has to offer you based on your needs. You won't be disappointed.”
“Rebecca was very fast, informative and direct when applying to lease a unit. David was very helpful with moving my items and ultimately the staff here are professional, effective, and communicative. It’s also very affordable for a unit here. I paid $40 for a 5x7 unit for a full month and that total includes a lock I bought in office. 10/10 recommend storing your items at the Nellis Self Storage, it’s very secure and easy to navigate.”

She walked me through the best options for my move, and went above and beyond showing me truck features that I want familiar with. I have used multiple u haul locations in Las Vegas. Paula makes the experience pleasant and I'd say she's the best uhaul vendor i have dealt with, personally.”
“I was wrongfully charged a 25 cleaning fee. The location was unable to help because the agreement is online but agreed i shouldnt be charged for that. I will be following up in monday with the 1800 number the kind lady who helped me gave to me.”

“Been here at least half a dozen times and this place generally runs very smoothly. Whenever Anthony is in front I feel like he saves me time and stress just being so efficient and relaxed. Their cargo vans are pretty up to date with back up cams and etc. never had an issue with a truck luckily and only had one bad experience with them but I can overlook it with how often i use them and how smoothly I am able to get in and out with what I need”
“WONDERFUL STAFF!!! I actually rented from this location MONTHS ago, and still think about the kind customer service I got here.
I ordered my rental online, it was super last minute as another location had incorrect hours posted and it didn’t work for us. We ordered before they even opened so I waited to ensure I didn’t rush their opening up process too much. I walked in and one of the gentleman was helping a group and so the kind woman assisted me with my process inside. She moved a bit slow but for a good reason, as she had to sling her arm and could only use one hand, so I was immensely patient!! I learned that this location is run by a family, the man is the woman’s son and they both have the most amazing service. I had to wait for various reasons during the process and wasn’t even upset one bit. The mother apologized for the wait and so did the son when they helped get me on the road. I am appreciative of their kindness, and for the fact that I got to witness true family love! You can tell they care for each other and care for their customers. I will keep this location in mind for all of my u-haul needs!”
