“I always go here and the staff have always been nice. Today was pretty exceptional though, and what prompted me to leave a review. It’s the first time I’m shipping back a really heavy (~70lbs) package. I asked to borrow a dolly from them, and not only did they let me borrow it, they even proceeded to help take the package from my car and bring it in.”
“Perfect prices and great management! I have been renting a PO box with Nevada Mail Services for almost 6 years now and I will continue to do so.
1. The prices are jaw dropping! You don't get these deals at the postal Office, UPS, + nowhere!
I actually tried convincing Sandi (the owner) to charge a bit more, but I failed since she really does care about her clients and their personal expenses.
2. Sandy the owner is the sweetest person ever! You definitely feel like your mail and packages are being delivered at a relatives home. I never had an issue with anything. I would rather drive to her location to pick up my packages. You can even do returns here. She has printing, faxing, and copy services,bindery, laminating, graphic design, signs, and vinyl banners! She's a hard working woman with over the top work ethic.
3. If you have a business and would like a place to give you some piece of mind, come here! Sandi will definitely work with you and will help you run your business smooth! Just give her I call, I promise you won't regret it!
4. You can always call, email, or come by the office and Sandi will ALWAYS be happy to help you, like you can literally feel that she has a big o smile on the other end of the line. Costumer service is impecable!

“I have mixed feelings. I had a complaint because a driver did not knock on my door, just left a label and I had Been waiting all day.. I called 1 800 number and complained. The driver immediately came back to my trailer and apologized. Was So Respectful. Was So Kind. He thought my gate was locked. I explained it was a pickup because I do not have a car. We both laughed. He told me his name was Victor and that he would be my regular driver. I am Delighted. I called the 1 800 number again and am certain my number has been flagged. It was only 430 PM and no matter what I said, including speaking in Spanish it WILL NOT connect me to another Live person, when earlier I talked to 2. One was very nice. His name was Zak. I have now called this number and only get a busy single even though it is open till 6. I called the Nugget UPS store and the young man says the HUB has no public number. I can only assume that if one of the Driver's drops dead of heat stroke in my driveway that somehow UPS will find out. Hope so.”
“In the past when I had to go to ship items, I usually would get a feeling of dread as I was certain that an unpleasant experience was about to come before me. However, I am so happy to report that this UPS Store provides by far the best shipping experiences that I have ever had in my life. Mitch and his team go far above and beyond for their customers. I needed to ship a heavy freight order consisting of multiple items . I had no idea how I was going to do it. I contacted another UPS Store and they had no clue how to help me. When I came to Mitch, he came up with the entire plan on how to ship these items for me and at a reasonable price too! He arranged the freight service pick up, packed the items expertly, and the items arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule! I also had a very oversized, fragile item to ship and the staff took time to help me arrange the shipping so everything would go according to plan. I can't recommend this store enough- they are so kind, helpful, and skilled at what they do.”

“Conveniently located. Professional and courteous staff. Ample parking. Never had any issue with this location. And now, it's my favorite location because of the self service machine where you can scan your package and get a receipt without having to stand in line (unless there's a line to use the machine - never happened to me). If only all FedEx locations had this machine, but I guess it's due to the sheer volume that this location processes.”

“If you want good customer service from the USPS in the Reno/Sparks area - this is the post office facility you should go to. Even though they are not my regular post office anymore; I go there on a regular basis to mail packages or get stamps. Best customer service in the area.”
