“(most of the negative reviews I’m seeing are about the workers on route, not experiences in post office itself.) I use this post office only for shipping out things I sell online, and I have never had a bad experience or long wait at all. They’re polite and helpful. I actually go a few minutes farther than the USPS nearest to me (which is always packed, hour-long wait) just to use this one because it’s way less people here.”
“Everyone is great however if you see a middle aged asain lady behind the counter she is not the best at her job. For some reason only going to her my hold mail could never be located last time her supervisor came and assisted and luckily found it. I was grateful however if I had her, I already knew she was coming back empty handed. Glad to have my mailbox fixed because the month my mail had to be on hold, even with informed delivery it could rarely ever be located at post office when I would come in.”
“Honestly, this is one of the best post offices I’ve ever been to. There’s a massive parking lot so there’s always parking. all the people are extremely friendly and not forcibly friendly. They look genuinely happy to help people and I’ve never experienced any really long lines this place should honestly be five stars whoever left any bad reviews was having a bad day. Shameful.”

“I came here to send out a package for the first time ever, about a week ago. Monique, (who was very professional and lovely by the way) was patient, understanding, and non judgmental despite me being unprepared lol, Thank you Monique.”
“The employees here are very helpful and kind. No bad attitude. It's unfortunate to be under staff which slows down the service But it is out of their control. When cut down hits, it bites for both employees and customers. Patience and Respect ?”
“Love this post office and some of the workers are really nice. The parking lot is big and it's a straight shot back & forth to my house. Plus if I'm hungry I got a lot of food places to get lunch, coffee, or even a car wash. I was disappointed the lobby was closed on Sundays, but I can totally understand why in that neighborhood.”
“Everytime I go to this specific location, I walk out content with the service. The lines sometimes are long and take long but that’s no one’s fault. Every where you go there’s a line even at the grocery store. I do think they need more parking. If it’s busy you might have to wait in your car until a spot opens.
Anyways, the employees have always treated me well. Customer service here is wonderful. I have to pick up my mail since I have it on “hold”

“The energy was very welcoming once my son and I came in there. I was greeted by an employee by the name of Joseph, and from there he took care of what I needed all while remaining professional which is very scarce these days. When I look at the professionalism that he and his colleague next to him provided, I said we should've been coming here all along. If you want a post office that treats you like a human being instead of a regular customer/number I would definitely say this is the post office location which provides all you need with a smile which will leave you smiling in the end like they had my son and I doing when we left.... ????”

“Stopped in on a Tuesday morning (~0930) and was politely greeted and shown the products I needed for a Priority Mail document envelope. There were 2 ladies at the desk, no line, and zero fuss. Mel helped me out. I'll definitely use the Nellis Post Office before I waste an hour in line at another location. Definitely recommend!”
