“Came in here today to get my Harley's rear tire swapped, and unfortunately had another seizure while waiting in their lobby which isn't uncommon for me. I forgot to take my meds before I came in and these guys were more than helpful when I faded out.
They helped me out until the ambulance arrived and even after I was released and got back to the shop, these guys were extremely kind.
I appreciate all of y'all for being a solid group of guys. 100%.”

“These folks were super kind and have quality service that surpassed any place I have been to. My oil change was the first time I had ever been to PepBoys. Boy have I been missing out! They do all kinds of things there. Took my truck back a couple days later for tire rotation and allingment. Everything driving perfect now! I always thought that such cheap prices meant maybe cheap work all these years. Boy was I wrong! Quality work, super nice folks and absolutely reasonable prices! If you haven't been there, go!!”

“I had a really good experience at Big Brand Tire & Services. I brought my car in the morning (without an appointment) and they were able to get me in and out very quickly. I had an oil change and a new battery installed. Pricing was reasonable and although they had other suggested services, I didn't feel any pressure to get them done. Jonathan was great- knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely come here again for any other services my car might need!”
