βThis area is really lucky to have such a great store. I have been to other stores in WA and OR states and this one is a lot bigger with better variety of items. Always liked the employees who work there because they're friendly and quick to help when I ask for it.
The recent remodel is depressing, though. I noticed this design at other stores, so I'm sure it's the demands of private equity to make everything soulless and uninspiring. The previous design made me want to wander around the store a lot more with the ability to scope out the different sections, but now things don't stand out or hidden in shelves that don't catch my attention. Also feels a bit claustrophobic.β
βWe came across this store while on holiday in Reno. We're from a farming country, New Zealand, and we have plenty of Farm shops and supply stores. But this one takes the cake! It has everything you'll ever need, and some fantastic country clothing. We spent about 2 hours just wandering around the shelves, and had a lovely conversation with an employee who was well informed and very friendly. You are very lucky to have such a store!β
βI have shopped at this Macy's for a long time. It's definitely better than others I have visited elsewhere. The store is kept clean and orderly. Generally, someone is available at a nearby register. However, ever since they took the shoe sales associates off of a commission based pay, there is never anyone who wants to help in shoes, and the lady who was helpful moved to another section of the store.β
βBest shopping experience Aaron was so patience with us the place was so friendly and clean and organized. It was nothing like most places and the line went so fast. Thank you for the hospitality!β
βI havenβt been to Kohlβs in ages, but when our Keurig died, I decided to give them a shot. Store was clean and organized (although there was a lot of trash outside the front doors and in the parking lot), and I found the Keurig I was looking for easily. The two sales people who helped me were nice and professional, and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Iβll be back to check out the Sephora.β
βI like coming to this location as its clean and the people are friendly! I was there this past Monday afternoon. The check out gal was Monica when i came back as we forgot the bath soap that was paid for she was prompt and friendly and able to multitask. What was really refreshing was when trying on dresses and i was embarrassed a little to show my male friend as he wanted to see what they looked like & Trina was the gal working the dressing room area. She gave me a compliment that truly felt genuine and boosted my confidence and I enjoyed being in that sundress with no hesitation!! He ended up buying me 3 dresses!! Thank you Trina you made my day !!!β
βMy wife and I went to JCPenny so I couuld get my wife a Valentine gift. We found a beautiful necklace that her loved. Also we want to say Shari waited on us and she was very friendly, positive attitude, nice smile and very professional. Thank you.β

βIt's always a bit of a mystery box coming in here. This location is generally well stocked and organized. My last few visits they had plenty of cashiers, so the wait was not long.β
βGreat store. Its location is a plus. It is very close to the freeway and many other stores. They do not have enough cashiers but i normally do not spend much time here.β
βI do like the selection in Dillardβs and the fact that I do most shopping here instead of Macyβs makes the point. I also tend to pay more here as most items are not on sale or discounted. This could be because I donβt know when they have sales. I also have more of a customer experience here than anywhere else, the service was everywhere and very helpful and attentive. Dustin in sunglasses was a huge helpβ
βStopped in last night looking for a jacket while in town. The store was nice but I was looking at sizes on the hangers and they didnβt match the sizes on the clothes so no I have to return a few items. My cashier was very friendly thoughβ

βIt's pretty much like shopping at Temu but in person. Most of the stuff is cheap junk but there are sometimes hidden gems. They have a good candy selection. The place was disorganized, but as it is December, I don't blame them. The staff was friendly.β
βTarget is a favorite store. I love going in. My only issue was I couldn't find anyone to help me find " picture hangers" and no one seemed to have any idea about them..though I was in the art decor area. Prices have gone up, but they have gone up everywhere. I also tried to purchase an prepaid card for Google play store. I had to keep grabbing different ones because the cashier said something was wrong with the ones I was handing her. She called a manager over, who said the cards were outdated. None of them would ring up. By this time, a long line had formed and people were looking sweaty and stressed. Including me.
Nice cashier, nice enough manager, but my question is...why are they still hanging there if none of them are any good? It would have saved some grief lol
I obviously will return, and still love Target. There's just a vibe of " don't give a damn" - which believe me... I understand that, as well.β
βMacyβs furniture store from the sales associate to delivery and customer service is amazing, especially Esther at the Macyβs furniture store located in Reno Nevada. Thank you Esther you are a wonderful sales representative and Iβm very thankful for you.!β
βQuality/Quantity - Came here to buy some holiday cookies, slightly more expensive than Walmart, but my daughter wanted these particular ones. Atmosphere - Decorated for the holidays, thank you. One of Targets larger locations, in my opinion. Starbucks in this location. Snack bar also, see picture. CVS Pharmacy. Optical department. Grocery department. Open 7 days a week, current holiday hours 8am to 10pm. In December hours change to 7am to midnight. Plenty of parking. Service - Good, the team helped us look for my daughter's holiday cookies as they were in several locations throughout the store. Price - $13 for one box of holiday cookies. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1962 (1902 corporation founded), and as the 8th largest retailer in the US. 2000 - Renamed company to Target Corporation. 2015 - CVS acquired Targets pharmacies.β
βNice clean store with most things stocked. Just be known that if you do come in early, they're still stocking and sometimes block the aisles. Most are nice enough to move but some items are unattendedβ
βLove this Walmart! It's huge! Also yes it's changed. The store looks absolutely amazing. They took out all the self checkouts I guess they were losing too much product via theft. I went there this time in the morning. Let's see when I return say like 09:00pm or later if they have more than two cashiers working. Lol.β
βI just started working there, in shipping. Seems like a decent place to work. HUGE building. Long way to walk if you need to get to the bathroom . Right now, anyway. They're doing work on some of them.β

βCame inside to check out the store. They sold spices, boutique items, some clothes, shoes, medicine, etc. Had pretty much a random selection of items. I windowed shopped, spoke with the owner briefly. Seems like a decent spot to walk through.β
βBetter than most Walmarts in town. We used to live closer to the Kietzke Wal-Mart and would drive down to Damonte Ranch. Since moving to Caughlin Ranch, this is now my go-to Wally. Staff is friendlier and the store is much cleaner.β
βLove my Walmart Pharmacy Team. Pharmacist Andrew is Very Sweet and Funny. Was waited on by Daisy the other day. She was terrific. Everyone there is an absolute treasureβ
βFor me so far that Auto Service was excellent due to compare to the one at the Kietzke Walmart Auto center. Because at lease they have more employees that work for your cars what you need for the services and friendly to help you out.
The only things will be the problems with the key access is constantly a problem after the hours during night time (around dinner time around 7 or 8pm up until when they close). You will be hardly find anyone to be able to help you open any cabinets to get what you want. Be ready to go way before dinner time.
When you shopping during night time, 8 pm, you always found some people sticking around and doing nothing. For me that will be worst influence and just pay them to walking around and doing nothing or said pretending to doing something. I am often time went over there night time and shop, always see all those things happen like this. Plus the team leads or managers that I do not know what they are doing all those time. Not very often I see them on the floor and work with all those lazy people and work together to do the last minutes duties they suppose to be doing and no customers service while they doing their jobs.β
βAll was good until we got to checkout. It was nice to see more than ine or 2 checkouts open. Except the cashiers didn't know what dry ice was or if your store carried it.β
βI was there this morning and was greeted with wonderful staff. Wonderful store and very clean. Great respectful stuff. Great work One worker more than anything stood out the most. His name is ty. Keep up the good work and thank you for hiring a great employee like himβ
