Before my daughter unloaded her two toddlers out of the car, John advised her she just needed to go to the Apple Store and they would honor her warranty and get her a new phone right away. John then reviewed my plan and found away to update the plan I was on, get me a new IPhone for next to nothing extra per month, and helped me through the whole process. I would recommend John and their T-Mobile store for anyone looking to upgrade their phones or just get information on a new plan that they might qualify for. Warren”

“This is an Amazing T-mobile store. Grace and Arthur were very knowledgeable about everything we needed help with. Upgraded hubby phone from iphone 7 to a 16. Let us know about Apple Watch special for me. Helped us set up a temp phone and directed us to others who could help us further. We had to come back twice because our situation was so unique but they greeted us like we were old friends each time. And every customer that came in while we were there received the same patient and thorough service.”
“I just wanted to say thank you to this store. My son has autism and is obsessed with T-Mobile logo. He is 5 years old and went today with my mom and my husband and they asked if they had a shirt we could buy for him. The lady was so kind and hooked him up with some goodies. My son is beyond happy and we are just so thankful for their kindness.”

“Jiovani Aguirre is such a great customer services rep. My biggest issue with AT&T is I always feel like there are hidden fee's. Then the monthly prices is always more then what they tell you its going to be. The reason I am writing this review is because Jiovani seems to be a very honest and detail person. When I left with my purchase I felt very secure with my purchase and rate plan. On top of that great feeling with him, I was leaving town to go home and I was in a rush but I wanted to purchase from him. He didn't start work until mid afternoon and I really needed to leave before then. His co-worker (wish I knew her name) was a very standup good person. Instead of her taking his sale, she called him. To see how he wanted her to handle it. He had to get to school, but he rushed in and took care of me! My experience at this location was 5 Stars!!! Its nice to deal with honest and good hearted people. Thank You to both of them!
PS... If anyone reading this, works at the Plumb store and knows which girl I am talking about. Could you please respond to my review with her name. I feel like she deserves a shot out also.

“Local brick and morter store and they immediately had the laser printer I needed for a failed office printer, only $7 more than Amazon. Got in and out quick, so that office printer was back up same day. I didn't have to ask for a price match. Also same prices for a lot of hard drives, USB drives, and SSDs, with no worries about Amazon fakes when it comes to storage needs too.”
