“What a great place! We traveled into Reno from out of state and needed to wait until we could check into our AirBnB. We found this great Nursery/Gift shop. We loved the build your own bouquet area and all the different decor, clothes, toys, etc. We didn't get to explore the outside portion, but it looked well stocked with many varieties of plants, shrubs, flowers, and trees. The potting station and free nectar were awesome too. Wish I was a local and could shop here all the time!”

“I went to Home Depot on Thursday morning to purchase various items for a project I’m having built—a small roof-like cover over my air conditioner to help protect it from bird droppings.
I brought a photo of what I wanted to build, and I was absolutely amazed by the service I received. Three incredible Home Depot employees—Ed in the Paint Department, Mike in Delivery, and Byron in Order Fulfillment—worked together to help me with every detail of the project. They went above and beyond, right down to helping me determine the correct size nails I would need.
They also thought of things I hadn’t even considered, such as recommending that I paint the wooden posts because of the weather conditions here. They offered suggestions and advice that went well beyond simply helping me find the items on my list. Their teamwork, knowledge, patience, and willingness to help were truly exceptional.
I cannot thank Ed, Mike, and Byron enough for all of their help and advice. They made what could have been a confusing project so much easier, and I genuinely appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me.
I sincerely hope Home Depot recognizes these three employees for their outstanding customer service. Whether that means a bonus, reward, or simply some well-deserved recognition, they absolutely deserve it. “If your looking to pick up an order quickly on a Sunday absolutely never do curbside pick up in the middle of a Sunday, I waited in my car for 20 minutes just end up going inside to the counter and physically pick it up from the online order counter. It's not the employees fault I just think they could use an extra couple people working online orders over the weekends to accommodate the diy weekend warrior rush”

“I personally think the store is really good and they have stuff you couldn't usually find in normal stores like uma musume, oshi no ko, and assasination classroom etc. They have a entire display of keychains of a lot of fandoms, and as some of the other reviews say they do have most likely a lot of bootleg figures in the back but some of them actually look pretty official if they are not. They have a lot of just random stuff like plushes, blind boxes, and water bottles which is good if your just looking for a quick thing to buy or give someone. There's also poster banner thingys you can get. I did say they have un-popular stuff but they also have mainstream merch if you only know those kind of things. It is called the bamboo store so obviously they do have bamboo, they also sell really good tea. I've gone there a couple times so I put the stuff I've got in the photos. I don't know how to write a review ignore if my grammar is bad or smth😔”
“Fantastic store. Beautiful plants! Every type you can think of, including poinsettias. Also, all caretaking products.
I actually only have one small issue. I only have one suggestion, comment. The price wasn't on one of my plant items, and the young ladies at register told me to walk back over to get the price. I didn't mind - but when I returned with a duplicate item, they requested I go back again, because one of the items I was buying was all twisted up. I didn't twist it, I'm not sure how it got that way. I said I'd buy it as is.
If I was working there, I wouldn't think that was an appropriate way, to treat a customer. They were young, and chatting with one another. I understand it; I wasn't angry. I will return to store, it's one of my favorite places.”

The returns cashier, blinds/curtains specialist, and manager(needed to approve the return) we're all amazing. This Home Depot goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I never hesitate to buy from this store because if I need to take something back, these guys have a lot of empathy and treats each transaction case by case and makes judgements that go beyond store policy. “Overall i do like Home Depot. A couple week's ago I came into this location needing to get a tree stand and a Christmas tree. There were 4 employee's standing near the Christmas area so i walked up to ask a question and all of them walked away. One female employee happened to walk by and asked if i needed help with anything. As I explained what i was in search of,she walked me to the area. I picked out my tree and she said I'll send out the guy who cuts the ends off the tree. I waited almost 20min. Never buy Christmas tree's here. The tree i bought lasted a little over 2weeks. I kept water in it & used the tree reserve and it didn't last.”
“My favorite Lowe's in Reno area. Went to the one up by Scheels and pretty much got treated like I was interrupting this old boys morning of using a price gun to mark suckers. Went down south Reno, picked up the tools I needed, no drama.”
