The team at this UPS store was amazing. Specifically, Mony helped me with a difficult international shipment. It was a gift to my son who is attending school overseas. There was a lot of complexity to getting this correctly entered into the system but she took care of it all. She was patient and had a great attitude.

Miss Moni at this location on wedge parkway in Reno Nevada was So helpful to me last week. She packaged the box of precious candle jars safely.
