“I went today to get a new pair of running shoes and I was helped by a sales associate named Matt. Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable about a wide range of running shoes. I went in with a specific shoe in mind, and Matt talked to me at length about the benefits of that particular shoes plus how it compares to other running shoes they carry. Overall it was a great experience and I left with a pair of shoes that fit great and I’m excited to run in! Thank you!”

“The website stated that they would open today at 10am upon arrival the signs in the window said closed until further notice. A gentleman who worked there kindly told me that they would be opening at 2 PM. I stayed in the area and did some shopping and as I walked by the store again one of the workers noticed me, came out and assured me that the store would be opening at 2.So at 2pm I went back to the store and as promised they were open. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were happy to help me find everything I was looking for ( with smiles ) and then some. Thank you all for making my shopping experience so pleasant !! “Been in need of a nice pair of work boots for what I thought was several months now, but after today I've realized I've had the wrong work boots my whole life. Tried on a pair of the BOA boots, and my life will never be the same again. Not only did I get fitted properly for the first time in decades, the boots themselves have changed me. Just a few steps and I had a moment where I blacked out, and my life flashed before my eyes. Thousands of moments, all wearing the wrong boots, completely missing out on life and comfort. I can't believe I'm almost 42, and just now found this gift from God. I will never again purchase another brand or boot for the rest of my days. Nor will my children know anything but Red Wing boots. Thank you Red Wing and BOA. Thank you for saving me.

She helped me with the jeans and sizing (we were about the same size, so that helped!) They didn’t have one of the pairs in stock, so ordered the other online for me so I could still get the deal. I felt so welcomed and valued, and Hannah was so fantastic at her job! I work in another store in the mall and it was great to see those in other places being so great at their jobs! “My husband and I went in yesterday to get our daughters a few items for fall. Jose was wonderful! So kind and very helpful. He took his time polishing a pair of boots we picked out and we had a pleasant conversation with him. It was a nice change from a lot of other experiences we had in other shops through out the night.I think some of these one star reviews are unfair. Everywhere you look these days there are signs in store fronts saying “help wanted”. Pro tip- call the store before you go instead of checking Google hours. It’s either these stores stay open limited hours with their limited staff or they close for good. Retail is harder than ever with the rise of online shopping. It’s not easy to keep your store fronts open or keep people happily employed while they deal with entitled customers. New system changes are not the store employee’s fault. That is a corporate issue that does not deserve a one star rating.We had a great experience here and Jose was the reason for that. He was kind, helpful and even while attending to us he said hello to every person who walked through the door and offered help to others around us. I think the store was being run by he and one other associate. So job well done to a small staff on a Saturday afternoon. Bravo!”
