“I love bass pro shops. Great selection, service, and employees. However, I was here on Tuesday 8-18-26. I was looking to get a saltwater spinning reel for surf fishing. I was particularly looking at the Bass pro tightline spinning reel model 7000. I went over to the wall where they had the in stock reels. I didn't see a model 7000 tightline reel. I asked an older gentleman behind the fishing counter if there was any 7000 models left. He said whatever is on the wall. About 5 minutes later, the older gentleman left and another younger employee came behind the counter. I asked the younger employee if there was any 7000 models left. He took the demo model 7000 and scanned it with the device and said Yes, we have a few in the back. He goes to the back and comes out with a model 7000. The young employee that helped me seemed a little slow, but was more than happy to help me. Such a gentleman. So the older man was obviously too lazy to go in the back to find what I was looking for. Unreal. So just be aware that there might be 1 employee who is lazy.”

I normally browse for great deals in the back wall and sometimes new releases. Store is well organized and clean, even when it gets crowded.”
“Got my newest pair of winter boots here a few months ago. Just was in there on black Friday and the pair I almost bought for my son were still on the sale rack, he tried them on and liked them best. When I got to the register the employee helped look up my name and was able to apply both coupons in my email- 20% off and a $5 savings because of my own boots purchase! I was extremely satisfied he went above and beyond to help me get the extra savings. I barely had the money to spend in the first place!”
