“WOW!!!!! That is the simplest way to express the wonderful time we had at The Adair Inn for our son's wedding weekend February 29th - March 3rd. Chris and Miranda wanted an outdoor winter wedding (they live in Florida) and visited The Inn last year (2023) and fell in love with all of it...so the destination was selected and the planning began. As everyone knows this has been an unexceptional warm winter in the North East with little to no snow however that did not put a damper on our wonderful weekend. From the staff welcome greetings to Tom carrying a cocktail outside for my son in the rain EVERYTHING was perfect. Brenda has the most exceptional staff catering to your every need. The rooms were beautiful, the food exquisite, the Inn charming and I could go on and on. Many thanks to everyone who made this weekend memorable for us all, especially Chris and Miranda as they begin the next chapter in their lives.”

“The Wayside Inn is a charming historic hotel. We stayed in the actual hotel, not the annex. Our room was comfortable and clean. I was traveling with my senior mother, and while she managed the space well, it's worth mentioning that the stairs to the historic rooms are taller than average and the floors in the historic rooms are uneven. For those with mobility issues, simply be aware. Otherwise, we enjoyed our room and stay. Every staff person we encountered was lovely. Breakfast was also excellent.”

“First time at the Inn and it was wonderful. We’re big travelers so we know good things and this is one of them. Just what we needed! Everyone was wonderful and eager to help. Our room was amazing! Breakfast was great not sure how they make those pancakes but it was the best I’ve ever had. Hugo was very helpful when we checked in helping carry everything upstairs. He’s a great bartender and super friendly! Mackenna was our waitress and was amazing, service was great. We’ll definitely be back!”

“I had my wedding ceremony and reception there - it was simply perfect! The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was super delicious, the mountain backdrop is stunning and, honestly, I couldn't have had a better venue! Michelle is an amazing person to work with. If you have a small wedding in mind (50 people max), this is the hidden gem of the White Mountains!”

“I have been a guest at The Jefferson Inn several times. I absolutely LOVE my time there. I’ve been a guest of the new owners twice, and they are fantastic. My most recent stay was at the end of November. I stayed two nights, I was the only guest there for those two nights, and Linda went above and beyond for me! Her country breakfast is the absolute best I’ve ever had. The cookies in the afternoon were amazing, which I believe are made by Andi!!! The owners made me feel so comfortable.The Inn itself is absolutely gorgeous. It has a comfortable and warm atmosphere. Beautifully decorated. Lots of room, and a really nice wraparound porch with a view! The house and property are quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what I was looking for! It’s a perfect getaway and close to a lot of attractions! I cannot say enough good things about The Jefferson Inn.I will keep coming back!”

“We photographed our first wedding at this lovely, rustic wedding venue in late September of 2021. We loved how much space there was at the Inn for both the wedding party and guests to get ready / stay overnight. This place feels like an old ski lodge with lots of warmth and old wood. With a backyard ceremony space behind the venue, this was an easy location for guests to get around. The new owners have string twinkle lights around the border of the property and have plenty of lovely backdrops for bride and groom portraits.We are looking forward to documenting many more weddings at this rustic outdoor venue in the White Mountains of New Hampshire!”

“Charming little cottages with everything you need. I really wish it was set farther back in the woods but I am very happy with everything else! Thank you againRooms: 3 beds for us, two in the same room and one in the cutest room!! The kitchen is mixed in with the living room but that is the charm. The bathroom mirror is tiny as well but again, it's charming.Safety: Locks on all doors and very friendly folks!Walkability: Everything you need is right there with a gas station across the street and a few stores scattered near byNoteworthy details: Loved the multiple screened in porches we had. Wish it was warmer to sit outside haha”

“What a gem! We were looking for a weekend getaway mid January. Had tickets to visit Ice Castles in nearby Lincoln. Could not have picked a more perfect place. Hotel staff was super friendly, our room was warm and cozy. Can't wait to go back.”

“Was here on a business trip and was very skeptical staying here based off the reviews.Upon checking in I noticed a pleasant fragrance and cleanliness to the lobby, my room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the October foliage.My room was very clean and didn't notice any issues or concerns with the overall room, the AC/heating unit was fully functional and quiet.My only complaint is the gym, the only weight machine is a cable machine which was partially broken, otherwise there is an olyptical and treadmill to use and a TV.Overall I'd recommend staying here.”
