“O’Reily pricing on corporate scale is higher than others but thats not on the store itself.
The staff is amazing to work with, always get me the right part and are quick with orders. If they don’t have what you need same day, it’s never more than a day in my experience. Haven’t had an issue with any of the staff there. Definitely all deserve a raise for sure”

“I recently had to purchase new windshield wipers at 8am on a very cold NH morning I went to Advanced Auto Parts on Loudon Rd in Concord. I was waited on very promptly.There were none in stock for my vehicle but Dan offered to order them along with selling me a rear wiper and the arm that it attaches to. He called me just after 2pm the same day that my parts were in. I went back and Dan very quickly installed my new wiper blades despite it still being freezing outside. I would definitely recommend this store. Ask for Dan :)”

“I had some work done to a cylinder head. I wanted a 5 angle valve job. The cutter didn't get all 5 angles. I had to bring it back to have them make sure I got the full 5 angles. I'm sure they mainly do 3 angle. Not a common thing for them so not a huge deal but I did have to bring it back. They did do an amazing job cleaning up the head though. I really looked good.”
