“If I could give 6+ stars for just customer service, I would. John helped us out, the team spent two hours with us demoing various setups. We spent zero money but felt like we just spent thousands. Demoing what we wanted and what we didn’t even know we wanted. They asked room dimensions, what we have now in terms of a receiver and speakers. Matched a room close to ours and let us play. They have such a wide variety of speakers from entry level three figure to high end five figure speakers.
I remember walking into Best Buy a few weeks prior wondering how AV Therapy does against these big box stores ( I used to work for Best Buy 14yrs ago) and now I get it. What an experience. You got a customer for life! Will be testing out that Paradigm 600c tonight, thank you so much again everyone!”
“Walked in with my son’s gaming computer with an error message. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it fast and for a great price. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will not go anywhere else for electronic repair again. Excellent establishment!”

“I don't usually write reviews for stores like this, but after a terrible experience at two other local Targets, I wanted to give credit to this Target. In my experience, nearly every department is clean and orderly when I go in, which I've realized I cannot expect at other locations. They are typically well-stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. I'm deducting one star because the one area that seems consistently under-stocked is their fresh groceries, which can be frustrating when I just want to get all my shopping done in one location. The food that is there, though, is fresh.”

“Well this GameStop is great let me tell you I wasn't planning on going to Nashua I had a couple of game systems I wanted to sell cuz I had you know I was in a rough spot needed some cash to pay some bills so I called Manchester gentleman tells me yeah sure come by I get to Manchester walk in the gentleman tells me oh yes trade-in no I needed cash I told this gentleman many times while I was on the phone getting prices for games and systems so I could have a roundabout of what to bring that I needed cash to pay a bill I told him several times and walk in and he says oh trade in sorry so I left only one in New Hampshire that I could get any cash from after driving an hour already from up north to Manchester was this this GameStop I walked in they were busy they remember who I was they took me immediately helped me right away then I was in a hurry One of the best one of the best service services I've ever had from any kind of business I really appreciate you guys You're great thank you”

“They still have my favorite French vanilla hot coffee /Cocoa or whatever that powder stuff is. The 7/11 in Nashua changed their machine out for some weird other machine, and the French vanilla is garbage. This one in Townsend/ Pepperell still has the tried and true French vanilla powder coffee dispenser , I don't even know what it's called, but if you know , you know. It's so sweet and creamy and hot. I want to go get a cup right now. Please never change it! For the love of God! LOL Don't sell out and try to be fancy...just leave well enough alone! It's the only 7/11 around me that I know of, and I need my french vanilla fix! Rant over lol”

“Staff was friendly,warming and helpful prices are very reasonable for a convenience store highly suggest signing up for 711 rewards lots of deals and points add up quick with mobile checkout also it's free just a phone number is needed. Lines do build up due to lotto players but they are dealt with rather quickly. If you dont want to wait and just purchase your items download the APP and use mobile checkout to scan your products and checkout.Also cleanest 711 I have seen in a long while.”

“I recently had 5 plus hours with Verizon prepaid customer service online, at home, trying to upgrade from my Verizon Phone 6 plus to a Verizon iPhone 8 plus. Multiple calls and unbelievably frustrating. Something that should have taken 5 minutes, porting my Verizon account and number to the new phone, ended up a nightmare. Anyways - went into this store and they hooked me up in......FIVE minutes! Activated and out the door. Allen the manager was fantastic. Lesson learned - boots on the ground I guess.5 solid stars.”
