“I needed the derailleurs adjusted on my bike. I called and spoke with Sarah in the bike shop. She told me to bring it right in and they would check it out. They took my bike right in and called me about 20 minutes later telling me what the issues were and what needs to be done, including what it would cost. I approved the work and they called another 30 minutes later telling me it was ready for pickup. They are very professional, upfront with the costs, and being friendly really is nice nowadays. Sarah and here team get 5 well deserved stars!”

“This is one of the best places ever if you are a true football fan they have most Premier league team kits. They have Bayern Munich and a lot of national team kits and of course, Ronaldo and Messi. They also have huge flags like seen in the picture and Premier league cards for the 24 through 25 season. They also have a lot of sports equipment a good arrangement of soccer balls and other training stuff.”

Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. I don't really need another hat, but I'll likely be back for one soon just because.Thanks for all the kindness. You deserve anything you want out of the world with an attitude like yours.”

“Nothing wrong with the store or employees. They have a wide variety of shoes to choose from. BUT......I really wish they sold more Jordans. Now you need to go online or a specialty store to pay a ridiculous amount. I miss the retail jordan and walking out with some 4's for like $200 bucks.. now, that same shoe online you're probably paying over 300 if not more.I hate resellers!”

I went in with a specific shoe in mind, and Matt talked to me at length about the benefits of that particular shoes plus how it compares to other running shoes they carry.
