“Give Tyler the world. Protect this man and his vibe at all costs. I am completely new to the sport and was nervous to even step foot into a ski shop due to the snobby reputation the ski world has but Ken Jones is not that at all. From the get go Tyler had the most helpful attitude. He explained every step of the boot fitting, parts of the boots and their function all in a very clear way. I struggle with verbalizing feelings and bodily sensations and Tyler never made me feel like I was crazy but instead understood exactly what I was describing! The boots feel like they were literally made for me. Prices were great. Beautifully laid out store. Will definitely be back for more gear!Thanks Tyler!”

I went in with a specific shoe in mind, and Matt talked to me at length about the benefits of that particular shoes plus how it compares to other running shoes they carry. Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. Now you need to go online or a specialty store to pay a ridiculous amount. I miss the retail jordan and walking out with some 4's for like $200 bucks.. now, that same shoe online you're probably paying over 300 if not more.I hate resellers!”
