“Great shop overall but they stand out for their boot selection and fitting, highly recommend.
Picked up a pair of K2 recon 140’s here, great boot but had a manufacturing defect. The guys at Ken Jones took care of it and handled all of the warranty stuff for me. And I got to keep the original liners.

“I needed the derailleurs adjusted on my bike. I called and spoke with Sarah in the bike shop. She told me to bring it right in and they would check it out. They took my bike right in and called me about 20 minutes later telling me what the issues were and what needs to be done, including what it would cost. I approved the work and they called another 30 minutes later telling me it was ready for pickup. They are very professional, upfront with the costs, and being friendly really is nice nowadays. Sarah and here team get 5 well deserved stars!”

Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor.
