Not much else I can say. It’s a cell phone store and they sold me the phone I needed…”
“Sterlyn provided me with the best assistance I have ever encountered at AT&T store. I had no intention of actually purchasing a phone on Sunday because I had my two children with me and I knew that it would be time-consuming. Right away he alleviated that predicament for me by changing the TV to a kids program to keep my kids attention. He explained the process to me very detailed and had everything done in less than 45 minutes. Truly amazing customer service.”

She handled multiple customers with care while greeting new customers, showed an amazing ability to multi-task, and clearly knows exactly what she is doing. She even helped other employees during my time there. She was also very patient with my parents, who are less than advanced with technology. I also overheard her interactions with those that were much less advanced than even my parents, and she still was completely patient and understanding. “I worked with Taylor today and she was nothing short of amazing!!! I was in the market for a new watch and we discussed my wants/needs and we agreed that the SE3 (what I initially came in for) was perfect for me. We discussed all the different things to customize my watch for me and it felt good to have somebody care about what you wanted/needed without trying to upsell you up the butt. When there was a mistake with the purchase she immediately keyword immediately jumped on it to fix it and told me how it would look on my bank statement just so I didn’t have a jump scare.
